Is coronavirus a case of force majeure? - a French Opinion

Elements of response and advice in drafting contracts. Given the singular and universal scope of Coronavirus (or Covid-19), it is clear that the execution of many commercial contracts, national and international, will be put to the test: delays, interruptions, renegotiations or cancellations will be commonplace during the next weeks. The causes of these difficulties can range from the lack of raw materials from China to the quarantine measures imposed by the national authorities, passing by the difficulties of import / export.
