Although the article was among the most read (and its findings remain very pertinent as we enter 2011), overall interest and support for this type of analysis remains low. And it is this point that is perhaps most important. For those in contracts and commercial to become more secure and achieve higher status, we must collect and interpret data that contributes to business strategy and policy.
