\r\nthan 80% of our community (Legal, Procurement and
\r\nContract / Commercial Management) like their job, but face
\r\nsignificant frustrations or concerns - high among them
\r\nuncertainties over career path, the lack of clarity in
\r\norganizational roles and the feeling that functional
\r\nleadership is weak or out of touch. And that means a
\r\nshocking 69% of the community expect to stay in their
\r\ncurrent career path for 10 years or less - and 13% don't
\r\nbelieve there is a career path to stay in!
