Contract Management Is Complex: A Case Study

This case study illustrates how complex contracting and contract management can be - even in an area that should be simple. This article highlights the challenges of contracting for international logistics. It explores how the absence of standard practices, methods and terminology can introduce tremendous complexity and risk. As such, it represents a call to the global contracts community to think about the need for leadership in driving increased use of standards as a way that we can reduce business risk.\r
