Laurence has 13 years of experience in Aerospace & Defence (A&D) Industry and in UK, EU and US export controls. After four years as an export control consultant for one of the Big Four, Laurence returned to Industry in April 2012, working as an Export Control Manager for Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group, in the UK, where she is responsible for all aspects of export control matters, including the maintenance of an efficient internal compliance programme and the provision of export control advice to the Marshall Aerospace & Defence Group.\r

Laurence is a member of the Export Group for Aerospace and Defence (EGAD) and sits on various EGAD sub-committees working closely with Industry and the UK government on export control subjects, such as the new UK Act and Orders in 2002, the current US Export Control Reform and the US-UK Trade Co-operation Treaty.\r

Laurence is a French native and has lived in the UK for the last 20 years. She studied law in France and in the UK. She has a French Master in International Commercial Law and a UK Master of Laws.\r

Joyce W. Remington, Deputy Head of Trade Controls, Licensing, Policy & Training, BAE Systems plc\r

Joyce is responsible for disseminating international trade policy guidance, coordinating the training development and export licensing requirements for the company's businesses. Prior to joining BAE Systems plc, Joyce held the position of Director, International Trade Licensing at BAE Systems, Inc. in the United States. Ms. Remington has over 30 years of experience in the management of export control regulatory requirements for the aerospace & defence industry. \r

Joyce has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), Psychology, from the University of South Carolina.\r

Joyce is a former President and current Advisor to the Board of Directors, Society for International Affairs (SIA), a non-profit organization with 1300+ members whose mission is to educate aerospace and defence industry personnel on the regulatory requirements of the ITAR, etc. She is a current member of EGAD (Export Group for Aerospace and Defence). Joyce was the former Vice Chair, U.S. Department of State's Defense Trade Advisory Group (DTAG).\r

Delphine Neveux, Regional Senior Manager, Momentive's Global Trade Compliance Department in Europe\r

In a demanding chemical environment subject to regular mergers and acquisitions, Delphine's core mission is to protect the company's compliance and liability by building a sustainable GTC foundation based on streamlined processes and controlled activities across legacies, business divisions and regions. She is responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance programs. She is Momentive's Export Compliance Officer (ECO) in Europe, instigator of the Authorized Economic Operator certification for the Corporate EU office and GTC EU representative member at Momentive Compliance Review Board (CRB). Her extensive experience with diverse Trade & Customs Projects has given to her great insight into the challenges and practicalities of implementing Compliance Programs within a multinational exposed to almost no controlled items but having to deal with it on an ad-hoc basis.\r

Prior to Momentive, Delphine worked as a Customs Consultant for KPMG on extensive customs compliance and planning strategies for multinationals, as well as Valuation Expert for SGS Government & Institutions (GIS). She defended the interests of SGS mandates within the World Customs Organization (WCO) and at the independent entity of the World Trade Organization (WTO).\r

After completing her international trade academic education in France, Delphine certified both as Customs Broker and Manager Customs & Trade Affairs in the Netherlands.
