Liudmila is extensively experienced in the matters of contracting, related to IT and telecom industry and held various Contract management positions at large IT and telecom vendors, including Oracle and Huawei. She possesses unique knowledge on contracting in Russia, particularly in CRM area.

Konstantin Krotov is Candidate of Sciences in Economics (First Doctoral Degree), he also holds Specialist Degree in Marketing with specialization and interest in Supply Chain Management, Konstantin have number of publications in academic editions on this subject.
