As a thought leader, she consistently challenges existing thinking to find future optimum results. With these assets, Ioana was the global lead, business case and process development owner for the strategic contract lifecycle management program, including the implementation of an enterprise wide contract and entitlement management software solution integrated with strategic IT platforms.Ioana is a passionate communicator and active contributor in the global contract management community. She has made valuable contributions to IACCM 'Ask the Expert' (ATE) calls and as a guest speaker at the IACCM Organization and Management Community of Interest Webinars.
