At their most recent meeting in Paris, members of IACCM in France engaged in a practical exercise to test the challenges that frequently arise during customer / supplier negotiations. They experienced first-hand the importance of open communication in defining and developing requirements and managing subsequent change. Faced by a range of failed products, it appeared the only resolution was to move into dispute!
