This two day event in the company of IACCM's leadership; Jim Bergman (Regional VP APAC) gave attendees the opportunity to not only gain the latest thinking in their field, but also steer the conversation towards their information and learning needs. This workshop was highly interactive and intimate - it did not only provide attendees with information, but also delve into the practical implementations.\r
