About eight years ago I attended a strategy meeting at the offices of a major financial institution. The goal of the meeting was to determine key concerns of the various divisions and develop a path to remediation. The meeting was attended by senior executives and conducted by a large technology company who brought their best and their brightest. I was just a lucky guest.
