Energy Performance and Consumption Management, Energy Savings means the reduction in the monthly energy costs at the Premises saved as a result of the Works determined by comparing the actual energy costs after the Works for the relevant Guarantee Month to the previously established Baseline energy costs calculated with respect to each energy type.
