Many professionals today are working in situations that involve cross-cultural teams. Even those who work in a single geography may be surrounded by colleagues from a different cultural background. Almost 75% believe that cultural issues are damaging results and about two-thirds say that their organization is doing nothing to address the problem. This appears to be a wasted opportunity.
IACCM recently ran a survey on Corporate Culture and its impact on the effectiveness of cross-cultural teams. This report summarizes the results.
