In this session, we will start with David Dale, of EC Harris, discussing the recently launched annual Global Disputes Index Report. From there we will explore the use of risk registers and focus on governance methods and approaches that reduce risk probability. This will build on the previous session, where our focus was on the terms that largely deal with risk consequence, and will assist delegates in understanding the role of the contract and effective risk management in delivering project success. We will also discuss the important topic of change management, which is one of the major causes of underperforming contracts.
