Benchmarking With Your Service Provider To Drive Transformational Change Initiatives

Mature client and service provider relationships are evolving how the contractual benchmarking language is used most effectively from an accepted management tool for clients to gauge the cost and quality competitiveness of service delivery to a strategic tool for clients and service providers to mutually enhance the sourcing relationship.

In this new context, benchmarking is the first step in a mutually agreed program of client/provider transformative change to achieve operational excellence.
