In this session we welcome acclaimed writer, speaker and consultant, Ken Adams. He is focussing on contract language and the contracting process. Ken is about to embark on a seminar tour of Asia, Australia, and Europe, and publish the much-expanded third edition of his groundbreaking book A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting.He discusses: the change from contract drafting as craft to contract drafting as commodity; some recurring sources of confusion; the role of knowledge sharing; looking after your templates; how to determine whether automation makes sense; and other topics.\r
