ATE - Supply Chain Performance Monitoring

This session highlights examples of what organizations have been able to accomplish by automating the process of Supply Chain Performance Monitoring, as well as outlining the limitations of current methods of collecting and measuring vendor performance, and the fundamental reasons why organizations often do not measure vendor performance.

Our expert, Gerald Ford, shares the results of extensive research conducted in 2011 for the Canadian Association of Management Consultants and the Ministry of Government Services for the Province of Ontario. This was a mix mode project consisting of a survey of members of several key supply chain associations, in addition to interviews and literature review.

The webinar concludes with a summary of the findings along with the insights gained.
