ATE - Overview of the new EU data protection laws

The most significant reform of European data protection laws in the last 15 years has been announced. The new laws are aimed at bringing data protection laws into line with the technological developments of the 21st century, but will also have a significant impact on the way data is collected and used. Any company that processes personal data will need to monitor the new laws closely, as the penalties and fines for non-compliance will also increase.

In this webinar, Peter Brudenall and Ed Cooper from LG's technology, outsourcing and data protection team will cover the major legal changes brought about by the new laws, and what effect that may have on business in the EU. Time for your questions will also be allocated.
