Our Experts:Soili Nysten-Haarala, L.L.D., M. Sc. (Econ.) is Professor of Civil Law at the University of Eastern Finland and Professor of Jurisprudence at Lulea University of Technology in Sweden. She has led several empirical research projects concerning contracting in business. Barton is the Louis and Hermione Brown Professor of Law at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California where he teaches Contract Law, and Problem Solving and Preventive Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution skills.
