David A. (Dave) Barton is Director of Contracts for Agilent Technologies and a member of the IACCM Board of Directors. He is responsible for Agilent Corporate Contracts strategy, policy and negotiation, and Agilent Corporate Identity. Dave led the strategic transformation of Agilent Contracts, including empowerment, simplification, and elimination of non-value-add negotiations. Prior to Agilent, Dave was Americas Region Contracts Manager for the Hewlett-Packard Test and Measurement Organization. During the course of his career he has worked in a variety of sales, marketing and contracts positions. His experience includes assignments in Geneva, Switzerland and negotiations around the world.
