This one-hour webinar is a panel discussion, with the opportunity for attendees to ask questions, on Return on Investment from SRM. Many companies are keenly interested to learn how to manage their most key strategic supply relationships to achieve much better value from those relationships, both in terms of efficiencies, but also in terms of getting access to the best the supplier has to offer, including innovations, new developments, first mover advantage, preferential treatment and so on. These strategic relationships make a big difference to the competitiveness of our company in the market place, and we need to optimise them.
Yet companies struggle to really understand SRM and struggle even more to successfully implement it. This webinar will look at the question of what return on investment can we expect from a highly effective SRM program, including:
• What is SRM?
• Does it have a return?
• What does Return on Investment mean in an SRM context?
• What kinds of return will be made?
• How is return measured?
• What behaviours are needed to deliver?
• Which suppliers would you institute such a program with?
