Our speaker, D. C. Toedt III, is an attorney and arbitrator in private practice in Houston. In this presentation D. C. will draw not only on his experience as both a law-firm partner and corporate general counsel, but also on organizational- and management lessons he learned after college as a U.S. Navy nuclear-engineering officer in the "Rickover Program." His draft paper on this subject is at http://www.oncontracts.com/topspin.
