This interactive session examines the key elements needed for effective personal impact and communication. The session will begin with an examination of the physical and vocal aspects of personal impact. Participants will learn how a relaxed physical presence adds to their credibility, and how using the voice will positively affect personal impact, engage an audience and hold their attention. Based on RADA core principle of Think, Breathe, Speak, participants will experience for themselves a number of physical exercises, in order to feel the impact of effectively 'finding your voice', increasing self-awareness of body language and how it impacts on others.\r
