The General Counsel’s Role in Driving Enterprise Change for Contract Lifecycle Management

Contracts are the lifeblood of companies and contract lifecycle management should be a seamless business process. However, there are many different areas of a contract that are managed as independent tasks resulting in a series of disjointed events and data hand-offs. It is the role of the general counsel to manage and oversee these contracts.
