Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.

As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

As Global CEO of one of the world’s fastest growing non-profits, Sally’s mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) team and global community to collectively drive recognition and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Christine Pauleau is a senior commercial attorney, qualified in France and Spain (PhD with award), educated in German law, with more than 15 years in-house practice in the ICT industry, and since 2011 in medium-sized international companies as General Counsel.

In 2018, Christine has founded her own company via which she provides strategic & commercial advice to international ICT players with focus on commercial, contractual and licensing law as well as on legal operations, she teaches contractual law & engineering at LL.M. level in France, and contributes to global research programs on innovative ways of contracting. Christine is an IACCM Fellow.
Christine started her career in a top-tier law firm – Cuatrecasas - in Barcelona, before she joined from 2001 global ICT multinationals - Infineon Technologies in Munich, and then Ericsson for the region Middle East and Northern Africa – and from 2011 Ecomouv’ - a PPP project company controlled by Autostrade per l’Italia, together with Thales, SFR, Sopra Steria and SNCF (for the establishment and operation of the eco-tax system in France) - where Christine took over the General Counsel function until 2015.

After Ecomouv’, Christine Pauleau was the General Counsel of Radio Frequency Systems “RFS” - a global vertical business of Nokia jointly controlled with Huaxin, China - member of the RFS global leadership team (based in Paris) and managing director of RFS Germany (Hanover) until late 2017.

Philippe Ginestié is a distinguished business lawyer and legal tech entrepreneur with decades of experience advising leading corporations on complex, high-stakes legal matters. A member of the Paris Bar, he is widely recognized for his pioneering work at the intersection of law, technology, and artificial intelligence. 
He is the Founder and CEO of Gino LegalTech, a market-leading AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management platform, building on more than ten years of research and innovation in contract automation and legal engineering. 
Philippe Ginestié is a graduate of HEC, Harvard Business School (MBA) and Harvard Law School (ITP). He is a frequent keynote speaker at international conferences and a recognized thought leader on the future of contracts, legal operations, and AI-driven legal transformation

Didier Dalod is a senior Contract and Claim Management leader delivering complex CAPEX programmes across infrastructure and industry (airports, rail and tunnel works, nuclear projects, and IT services). He supports owners, contractors and integrated teams—on both client and supplier sides—to define contract strategy, manage change and interfaces, protect schedule and cost performance, and negotiate claims with a pragmatic, evidence-based approach. He sets up governance, reporting and performance dashboards that align stakeholders and encourage collaborative behaviours inspired by NEC and alliance models. Within AFCM, he chairs the Careers and Professional Development Commission, promoting the profession through training, events and mentoring, and strengthening international links with WorldCC.
