From Documents to Dynamic Living Systems: Redesigning Enterprise Contracts for an AI-Enabled World
Hosted by: Grosvenor
Date & Time: Thursday, April 23, 2026 | 2pm - 6pm AEST
Address: Anzac Square Arcade Building, Level 7/200 Adelaide St, Brisbane City QLD 4000
AI and advanced analytics are rapidly reshaping how organisations make commercial decisions across procurement, contracting, finance, and legal. Yet many organisations are discovering a critical reality: better data does not automatically lead to better decisions. Without clear ownership, governance, and commercial discipline, technology can just as easily amplify risk as create value.
The WorldCC Brisbane Connect, generously hosted by Grosvenor, brings together leaders from across commercial, procurement, legal, and finance functions to explore how organisations are redesigning enterprise decision-making in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.
Sharon Morris, Group Regional Head, APAC WorldCC, will present and draw on the latest global research from the CCM Institute. The session will examine the shift underway from static contracts and siloed processes to dynamic, connected systems that actively support business operations. The program will also feature an exciting keynote presentation (to be confirmed) that promises to inform and inspire attendees.
Rather than focusing purely on technology, the practitioner-led panel discussion will centre on how leading organisations are structuring decisions across functions: clarifying accountability, strengthening governance, and ensuring AI and data enhance, rather than override, commercial judgement.
This session is designed for practitioners looking to strengthen decision quality, improve governance, and navigate the growing influence of AI across commercial operations. Expect practical insights, peer discussion, and a forward-looking view of how enterprise contracting and decision frameworks are evolving.
We welcome all our commercial, procurement, contracting, supply chain, and legal professionals across Australia.
Don't miss this chance to gain valuable perspectives and connect and network with fellow professionals. Share insights, exchange ideas, and build relationships beyond the session.
This event is open to WorldCC members and non-members alike. We encourage you to invite a work colleague to bring their unique perspective, learn from WorldCC and build connections. Non-members should create a guest member account, free of charge, in order to register.
