Nikki is the Chief Development Officer for CCM Institute, where she is committed to advancing research that underpins responsible change. She is passionate about leveraging insights to influence policy and practice for the professional community.

With over two decades of global experience, Nikki has lived in seven countries, helping organizations develop strategies and curate shared learning experiences through research, events and multimedia campaigns.

Her work spans diverse industries in both public and private sector, including Financial Services, Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare.

Nikki thrives on building relationships and bringing people together to collaborate and innovate.

Sarah Dadush is a Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School where she teaches and writes in the areas of contract law, business and human rights, and consumer law. She is the founding Director of the Responsible Contracting Project (RCP), the mission of which is to improve human rights in supply chains through innovative contracting practices.

A leading member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Human Rights Protections in International Supply Contracts, Dadush co-authored the 2021 report, "Balancing Buyer and Supplier Responsibilities: Model Contract Clauses to Protect Workers in International Supply Chains, Version 2.0," which contains a first iteration of the responsible contracting toolkit that RCP is now implementing.

Dadush is also a member of the European Model Contract Clauses for Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains, which is drafting model clauses for companies that are or will be in-scope for the new mandatory human rights and environmental due diligence legislation coming out of Europe.

Additionally, she is Co-Chair of the Legislative Developments sub-committee of the NYC Bar Association’s Business & Human Rights Committee and Co-Chair of the Responsible Investor Model Clauses (RIMC) sub-committee of the ABA's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Before joining the Rutgers faculty in 2013, Professor Dadush was Legal Counsel for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome. Prior to that, she was a Fellow at NYU Law School’s Institute for International Law and Justice and an associate attorney at the global law firm, Allen & Overy. She received her J.D. and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law in 2004.
