He has been Managing Partner at Black Paladin Solutions, where he led end-to-end CLM and legal AI advisory services, held senior roles at ModMed, Evisort, Integreon, and Thomson Reuters, driving global contract services and large-scale legal transformation initiatives. Navin has also served as in-house counsel at PETRONAS, negotiating complex, multi-jurisdictional contracts across the oil and gas sector.

Navin is widely recognized across the legal operations community for his passion, clarity, and bold thinking. He has led over 100 transformation initiatives, helping legal teams modernize contract lifecycle management, streamline operations, and adopt emerging technologies including generative AI. His work has consistently bridged the gap between legal, compliance, sales, procurement, and IT, delivering measurable business outcomes.

He is a frequent speaker and thought leader in legal operations, CLM strategy, and legal AI, and is deeply committed to building inclusive, insight-driven communities.

Navin lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he enjoys being a suburban dad, spending time with his wife and 2 heroic children, and sometimes a bit of anime and video gaming when they're not around.

Simon Jones is a tech veteran with more than 25 years of experience across all kinds of cloud software. He is recognized for his leadership building clear programs to explain and implement software-driven solutions that achieve results. With proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, product launch, sales, and organizational development, he has spent his career in Silicon Valley, helping to raise hundreds of millions of dollars in investment, and drive four companies to successful exit. He currently leads product marketing at Agiloft.
