As the Group Regional Head of APAC at WorldCC, Sharon spearheads the association's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment extends to supporting the WorldCC Foundation, where she actively champions sustainable and inclusive contracting practices.

With over two decades of executive experience in Australia and internationally, particularly in the non-profit membership space, Sharon has played a pivotal role in advancing global procurement and supply chain expertise, while ensuring diversity and inclusion are top of mind. Whether as the Director of Global Programs at Procurious or as General Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Sharon has consistently aimed to elevate the capabilities and profile of the procurement and supply chain profession across the region.

Sara Pendashteh is an experienced professional with a background in engineering, project management, and contract management. After moving to Australia in 2005 with an engineering degree, she began her career in engineering design before transitioning into construction and project management. Over time, she developed a keen interest in contract management, which has become her focus.

Currently, Sara works at Metro Trains Melbourne as the Head of Contracts and Compliance within the Infrastructure division. She oversees contract management practices, ensures compliance, and supports achieving value for money in contractor engagements. With experience across roads, water, telecommunications, and rail, Sara brings a collaborative and adaptable approach to her work, contributing to meaningful projects that benefit the community.

Robert Sacco oversees digital contracting initiatives within Telstra Enterprise's Digitisation program, with a focus on developing and implementing automation and AI technologies to enhance contract management processes. He previously spent ten years as an in-house legal counsel for major Australian telecommunications and technology companies, specialising in product development, marketing, contracting and regulatory compliance. In his current role at Telstra, his team focuses on making technology relevant and accessible for contract managers and sales professionals, with the goal of enhancing outcomes for Telstra's customers. 

Matthew Eddy is the Founder and CEO of Everingham Legal, a consultancy specialising in legal operations, legal technology, and AI-enabled transformation for corporate legal teams and law firms.

As a practising lawyer, Matthew brings cross-disciplinary experience spanning government, private practice, legal operations, and global legal technology. He began his career at the NSW Attorney General’s Department across criminal and civil jurisdictions, before practising in Sydney and Melbourne at one of Australia’s largest professional services law firms. He later transitioned to Gartner, where he supported Finance and Procurement leaders at ASX 100 organisations on large-scale transformation initiatives. Most recently, Matthew led the go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing Australian legal technology company in the United States.

Matthew now advises GCs, Legal Operations Leaders, and Partners on contract lifecycle management, legal technology procurement, AI adoption, and operating model design. His work focuses on helping legal teams cut through AI and technology hype, modernise how legal services are delivered, and build sustainable digital capabilities.
