Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.

As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Momet works as a Senior Contracts Manager at Worldline Financial Services, overseeing contracts in the Netherlands, where he serves clients in the financial services sector with commercial, legal, and contractual matters related to digital payment services. After earning a Master's degree in IT—Audit and Business Administration, he completed a postgraduate program in Information Law at Grotius in 2019. Momet has 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, software/cloud, data, and professional services and more recent years in payments. He is known as a team player with a business- and client-focused approach, effectively supporting commercial and contractual change management in collaboration with all relevant departments. 

Helen Loots is a Senior Legal Project & Operations professional with deep experience in contract management and legal process optimisation. At Unilever, she worked on various contracting initiatives and also introduced an award-winning CLM. With a background in legal studies, project management, and stakeholder coordination, she brings a structured, pragmatic approach to delivering clear, business-aligned contracting outcomes.

Calvin brings a unique blend of legal expertise, financial acumen, and technological vision. He has a passion for transforming how legal teams' work. He is responsible for setting strategy and leads the design and delivery of AI-driven tools, automation, and workflows that convert legal challenges into smarter, faster outcomes. He partners with senior legal and business leaders, and technologists to ensure their solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with evolving global standards to support adoption. 

Anna holds a degree in Chemistry and has 25 years of experience at Achmea. For the past eight years, Anna has worked as an Outsourcing Coordinator and Contract Manager.

As Outsourcing Coordinator, she supports the executive board by ensuring compliance with Achmea’s Outsourcing Policy and coordinating the management of outsourcing-related risks.

Anna enjoys bringing stakeholders together to build robust contracts, strengthen collaboration, and drive effective and transparent risk management. This motivation led her to initiate the Achmea Contract Management Event three years ago, which now attracts over 100 colleagues and is evolving this year into the Achmea Supplier & Contract Management Event. Within Achmea, she actively contributes to the standardisation of policies and processes, helping to drive consistency, efficiency, and clear governance across the organisation.

Iratxe holds a degree in Law and Economics and has 23 years of experience as a Legal Counsel and Contract Manager. For the past 13 years, Iratxe has contributed to Worldline in various roles, and for the last 6 years, has led contract management at the group level. Iratxe prior expertise includes positions as a Legal Counsel and Contract Manager at IBM, Accenture, and Deutsche Bahn. Iratxe brings a strong background in legal compliance, contract lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive value and mitigate risk across global operations.
