As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

An engineer-turned-lawyer, technologist and collaborative working champion, Graham has deep experience in delivering major projects globally and pioneered alliance contracting. As CEO & Co-founder of Affinitext, he drives its Intelligent Document Platform and AffiniAI, transforming how organizations understand and manage complex contracts across PPPs, giga & major projects, and regulated infrastructure worldwide. Based in Riyadh, his industry roles include WorldCC Middle East Ambassador and ICW Middle East Envoy.

Ashutosh Singh is recognized as the voice of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, Ashutosh has successfully led multiple major CLM deployments across KSA, helping organizations transform their contracting processes through the right mix of technology and innovation. With over 19 years of experience across customer success, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS, he specializes in C-level engagement and driving value realization for clients. Prior to Sirion, Ashutosh held leadership roles at ANZ, Orange Business Services, and Accenture.

A passionate project, commercial, and contracts manager with over 25 years of experience across oil and gas, buildings, airports, power generation, and infrastructure projects worldwide. Began his career as a field engineer before progressing into project and contract leadership roles for both contractors and consultants. Youssef holds PMP, PMOCP, P.Eng., LEED Green Associate, and CCMP designations, supported by degrees in civil engineering and a Master’s in Project Management from UCLA. Youssef is a member of the Council and Global Advisory Board of World Commerce & Contracting and  is currently a Senior Associate Director – Commercial & Contracts at Jacobs

Mohammad Tanzil is a contracts and procurement professional with more than 16 years of experience in procurement and contracts management within Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Contracts Management Manager at SEVEN and previously built his career within the telecommunications sector.

He holds an LLM in International Commercial Law and a Postgraduate Advanced Diploma from the College of Contract Management. Tanzil is known for his strong commercial insight, disciplined approach to contract governance, and consistent contribution to Saudi Vision 2030–driven transformation programs.

Bilal Alsamarrai is a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer with 15 years of experience. He currently serves in a contracts role at Saudi Entertainment Ventures Company (SEVEN), where he primarily drafts and negotiates construction, equipment purchase, and lease agreements. Prior to joining SEVEN, he worked with leading law firms in the Middle East and with Mobily advising on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and projects-related matters.

Manish comes equipped with 14+ years’ experience in driving enterprise-wide digital initiatives for enterprises. He has worked with General Counsels, Procurement Leaders, Digital Transformation experts & Chief Legal Officers to drive their enterprise CLM transformation strategy. He helps leaders transform their contracting journeys by infusing best-in-class GenAI capabilities, automating contract processes, leveraging agentic CLM functionalities and unlocking deep contract intelligence to minimize risk, ensure compliance and create more robust contracts. As a sales leader for the region, Manish is responsible for driving market & revenue growth for the KSA region.

Ashraf Mostafa is a senior contract management and corporate finance leader with over 25 years of experience across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Algeria, Greece, and Togo. He currently serves in a Director-level role in Contract Management at SEVEN, supporting large-scale entertainment, hospitality, and commercial ventures within the Kingdom. Ashraf brings extensive experience in corporate governance, M&A agreements, and complex contract frameworks. He holds an EMBA (Distinction), an LLM in International Financial & Commercial Law, a Diploma in Corporate Governance, and is a Lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma, contributing to Vision 2030-aligned transformation initiatives.

Alkhatib is a customer experience and solution consultancy leader with 13+ years of experience driving revenue growth, contract retention, and digital transformation across the MEA region. He aligns technology with business goals to ensure enterprises get the most value out of their contracts.
