Jamie launched the annual ‘Defining Work’ Summit at the Royal Society of Arts in 2019 and works with clients across multiple industries to establish policies and processes to improve productivity of external workforce. Prior to launching Deployed, Jamie held senior roles in Financial Services and Financial Regulation, most recently as CTO of a private equity-backed challenger bank, technology COO at HSBC, Lloyds Banking and Barclays and Head of technology change at the Financial Conduct Authority.

With over a decade of experience in strategy consulting and project-based work, including roles at Accenture and HSBC, she leverages her expertise to lead Deployed in developing an award-winning platform that simplifies creating and managing statements of work. Under her leadership, Deployed has been recognised globally, earning several industry awards for innovation in the SaaS and procurement technology sectors.
