Skye Williams is the Contracts Lead for Engineering, Projects and Corporate Services for ConocoPhillips Australia, based in Brisbane. Skye has over 18 years of experience working in the oil, gas and resources industry. She began her career in 2003 as a solicitor working in commercial litigation in the private sector and native title for the government. In 2005 she joined Rio Tinto as a contracts and sourcing analyst. Skye joined ConocoPhillips in 2007 as a contracts engineer. During her career with ConocoPhillips, she has worked in Darwin, Gladstone and Brisbane supporting Australian based operations and projects in Timor Leste. Her varied roles have all supported developing and managing commercial relationships. Skye holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor or Laws from the University of New England, and a LLM from the University of New South Wales

A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (FCIPS) and Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, Shane brings more than 30 years of government procurement experience, specialising in strategic procurement, contract management, and ethical sourcing. Shane is a passionate advocate for procurement as a driver of organisational value and social impact. His work includes advancing modern slavery prevention through supply chain reform, education, and research, and promoting inclusive procurement practices that support disadvantaged, under-represented or marginalised communities.

She recognises the advancement of the capabilities of our commercial, procurement, contracting, supply chain, and legal professionals as integral to building a better future for people, prosperity, and the planet.

As the Group Regional Head of APAC at WorldCC, Sharon spearheads the association's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment extends to supporting the WorldCC Foundation, where she actively champions sustainable and inclusive contracting practices.

With over two decades of executive experience in Australia and internationally, particularly in the non-profit membership space, Sharon has played a pivotal role in advancing global procurement and supply chain expertise, while ensuring diversity and inclusion are top of mind. Whether as the Director of Global Programs at Procurious or as General Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Sharon has consistently aimed to elevate the capabilities and profile of the procurement and supply chain profession across the region.

A leading expert in the field of large-scale global supply chain assessments and input-output analysis with a focus on environmental applications such as carbon accounting and energy policy. He has been instrumental in developing detailed global supply-chain databases and Fair Supply’s underlying mathematical framework.

Vanessa Hill is the General Manager - Commercial for Infrastructure Delivery at APA, having recently joined in September 2025. She has 20 years' experience across legal, commercial and strategic roles in the infrastructure and construction industries and has worked for major public and private clients and Tier 1 contractors. Vanessa's focus is on creating strategic partnerships and contract and commercial frameworks to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects. 

Andrew brings 26 years’ experience as a public sector leader, always with a focus on developing strong and productive relationships with stakeholders, peers, industry and partners. Throughout his time with the Queensland Public Service, Andrew has actively sought roles in organisations that help government give back to the community and that make Queensland a stronger and better state for Queenslanders.

Andrew currently leads the Queensland Government Procurement division which includes QFleet, the Queensland Government’s fleet manager and his career includes leadership roles in the delivery of corporate services, ICT services, governance and operations with some of Queensland’s largest public sector and tertiary education institutions.

Andrew is an active participant and advocate for procurement reform, for the use or data and analytics to drive smarter and better outcomes and has a passion for ensuring that the profession is recognised as a critical enabler of service delivery and positive outcomes for the community.
