We are delighted to invite you to join the Canberra WorldCC Connect on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. This is a unique opportunity to connect with peers, gain fresh insights, and contribute to conversations shaping the future of procurement and contract management in government.

This Connect will feature:

  • Expert Insights: Stefan Gassner, Managing Director at Grosvenor, will explore what effective procurement planning looks like in practice and how organizations can lift capability.
  • Exclusive Benchmark Findings: We’ll unpack the ANZ Government Benchmark Report 2025, developed in partnership with OneAdvanced, which reveals how government across Australia and New Zealand is performing in commercial and contract management, and where change is underway.
  • Practitioner Panel: Hear firsthand perspectives from government leaders and practitioners as they respond to the data and share their experiences from the field.
  • Interactive Roundtables: Engage in small group discussions with peers to reflect on the findings, exchange ideas, and identify practical steps to strengthen resilience and performance in your own teams.

The event will conclude with networking drinks - a chance to connect informally with colleagues and continue the conversation.

Join us in Canberra to be part of this timely dialogue on advancing procurement and contract management in government.
