As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Arthur Kentros is a senior member of the Kyndryl Legal Department, where he focuses on complex services agreements. He currently serves as lead transaction attorney for North America, managing the groups that negotiate with Kyndryl’s clients. Arthur’s areas of expertise include outsourcing and complex IT contracts, commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and all aspects of the management of a legal department.

Arthur spent the bulk of his career in IBM law department. He held a variety of different management positions, including leading the Contracts & Negotiations function. He personally negotiated some of the company’s largest IT transactions. In addition, he established and managed IBM’s worldwide Legal Resource Centers, which train newly hired attorneys.

Arthur received a B.A. Degree in English with honors from Brown University and a J.D. Degree from Vanderbilt University, where he served on the Law Review. He is a member of the bars of New York and Arizona.

Rod Wade, Vice President Contract Management & Procurement is an executive team member at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, California reporting to MedImpact’s CFO and is responsible for all corporate contracting, procurement and negotiation activities. Rod leads teams that support sales and buy-side contracting, as well as MedImpact’s procurement and vendor relations operations. Rod’s teams provide support to MedImpact’s Sales, Account, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network, International, IT, Health Services, Government Services, M&A and affiliate/subsidiary companies.

Prior to joining MedImpact, Rod was Senior Manager, Contracts at American Specialty Health, Inc. in San Diego and prior to that was Senior Contract Consultant/Assistant Secretary for Prudential Insurance Company of America, Prudential Health Care Plan, Inc., and Prudential HealthCare Plan of California, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.

Rod attended the University of California Berkeley, received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California State University Northridge and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Lutheran University.

As COO and co-founder at Malbek, Matt is focused on delivering global enterprises with a CLM solution with essential integrations combined with trusted AI, to bring contracts into the digital age.

Barry Draskovich is the group vice president of program/contract management and Export Control for Parker Aerospace*. He also acted at the Global Program Manager for the recent and very successful acquisition and integration of Meggitt Plc. 
 
Joining Parker Aerospace in May 2010, he is responsible for the development and execution of standardized program management, contract management, and export control policies, processes and tools; improving structural alignment; and increasing skills, competencies, and execution performance across the business.

Barry has been on the Board of Directors for Advanced Atomization Technologies LLC (a joint venture between Parker Hannifin Corporation and General Electric Company), Meggitt Defense Systems Inc., and the Greater Irvine (CA) Chamber of Commerce. He also is an active participant on Executive Roundtables for World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM), the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County, and the University of California – Irvine.

Barry has over 40 years of experience in aerospace, defense, advanced materials, and consumer electronics, with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Honeywell Aerospace, Mobility Electronics, AlliedSignal Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney prior to joining Parker. His assignments have spanned executive leadership roles in program management, contract management, engineering, and quality.
 
Barry has established a proven methodology for improving corporate profitability through the implementation of processes, tools, and techniques critical for precise business execution in both small start-up companies and multi-national corporations.
 
Barry holds a bachelor of science degree in metallurgical engineering and a master of science degree in materials science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and is certified in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma.  In addition, his team was recognized as a finalist for the 2016 PMO of the Year award from the Project Management Institute. He holds six US patents.

Steven Bistany is a Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain professional with extensive experience in management of global external manufacturing operations within highly regulated industries.  He is currently a contracting and enablement leader at Corteva Agriscience, formerly the agricultural division of DowDuPont, where he is also the Executive Lead for their World CC corporate membership.

Maria leads the Commercial Contract Management at DHL Supply Chain for the Americas. DHL Supply Chain employs 50,000 associates throughout the Americas and provides third party logistics, supply chain management, transportation and contract packaging services to many of the world’s largest companies. Maria is responsible for negotiating customer facing agreements, as well as developing tools and processes and implementing systems to aid the function. Additionally, she has taken on the role to align contracting processes globally.

Rikki-Quinn James-Renz is an experienced executive and leader with demonstrated success providing beneficial healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, process improvement and research driven solutions, minimizing expenses and driving sustainable operating efficiencies. Skilled in the administration of contract lifecycle management, supplier management, multi-hospital health system, and currently focused on growth strategies and building strategic partnerships. Kraig Conrad is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), a position he has held since November 2018. With a wealth of experience in association leadership spanning over two decades, Mr. Conrad's commitment to advancing NCMA's mission is evident through the implementation of a bold and ambitious strategic plan aimed at expanding the reach and relevance of the association.

Under his leadership, NCMA has experienced significant growth and expansion, and the organization's role as a leader in the field of contract management has been solidified. Mr. Conrad's dedication to promoting the interests of professional associations and their members, coupled with his strong leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset to NCMA.
Prior to joining NCMA, he served as CEO of the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA), where he implemented a long-range strategic plan successfully guiding the PRIMA Board of Directors and a global network of over 50,000 risk professionals.

Mr. Conrad held various positions at the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), including Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer, Vice President for Programs and Development, and Vice President for Professional Development. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of content and logistics for seminars, webinars, and conferences with attendance of up to 1,300. He also played a key role in cultivating volunteers and staff members to enhance the value of special membership groups organized by industry and tenure.

Ana Luiza Panyagua Etchalus is a Brazilian integrative lawyer who, after many years of practicing traditional litigation, sought innovative alternatives for her profession. She transitioned to proactive and preventive law, as well as conflict management and resolution; holds a Master's in International Trade Law, is a specialist in Legal Psychology; postgraduate degree in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness and is currently a PhD candidate in Political and Humanitarian Studies. Ana Luiza is a family, civil, and commercial mediator certified by several institutions and a collaborative lawyer and is also an accredited mediator and arbitrator by Eurocamaras/Brazil,, as well as certified in Collaborative Contracts and Vested methodology by the University of Tennessee (USA) an advanced practitioner and certified trainer in Conscious Contracts®. Member of Mediators Beyond Borders International, she is also a writer and author of two books and several scientific articles,plus a mentor, and  professor.

Corey Longhurst is the Chief Growth Officer for LegalOn Technologies and is a lawyer turned legal tech enthusiast. After clerking at the Colorado Supreme Court and practicing as a commercial litigator, Corey received his Stanford MBA and worked as a Bain & Company consultant. As a former litigator, Corey handled everything from the fallout of the financial crisis to small business disputes, and how unresolved contract risks could escalate into a commercial dispute years later.

Corey’s unique experience as an attorney and consultant he has firsthand appreciation for how contract review soaks up time and takes away from other important work, and how legal review can be a bottleneck to signing a deal or bringing on a vendor. Now in his current role, he is passionate about using technology to make legal work more satisfying for legal professionals and the business and people they serve.
 

Daniel J. Finkenstadt, PhD is the principal of Wolf Stake Consulting, a military officer, former professor at Naval Postgraduate School and author of academic and managerial works related to generative AI, supply chains and public procurement. He has over 21 years of experience in public procurement. He is the co-author of the book “Supply Chain Immunity” based on experiences in responding to the COVID crisis and the upcoming book "Bioinspired Strategic Design" that focuses on the use of natural models to help organizations generate strategic advantage to survive and grow. His widely cited work on generative AI for augmenting human creativity has been published by HBR in 7 countries. Since 2021, Hank E. Pearson has served as a Senior Contract Manager and Global Construction Claims Manager at Intel Corp.  Hank manages internal claims processes and advises management regarding construction claims occurring in worldwide Intel construction projects.  He also manages Intel’s in-house Concurrent Claims Resolution Process, which is a form of Dispute Resolution Board employed by Intel on major fab construction projects.  Prior to joining Intel, Hank practiced law for 29 years in the Phoenix, Arizona area in the areas of Commercial and Construction Litigation.  He also holds a BS and JD, Magna Cum Laude, from Arizona State University, served as a Note  and Comment Editor on the Arizona State Law Journal, and as a law clerk to Vice Chief Justice James Moeller of the Arizona Supreme Court from 1992-93.  Hank has presented frequently in Arizona and other states on topics ranging from construction law, insurance, and alternative dispute resolution.

Jamie is the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of an award-winning Enterprise SaaS platform. Deployed is a work authoring platform that automates the scope-of-work and statement-of-work writing process. Better scoped projects and clear contracts create value for buyers and sellers on every statement of work. Jamie launched the annual ‘Defining Work’ Summit at the Royal Society of Arts in 2019 and works with clients across multiple industries to establish policies and processes to improve productivity of external workforce. Prior to launching Deployed, Jamie held senior roles in Financial Services and Financial Regulation, most recently as CTO of a private equity-backed challenger bank, technology COO at HSBC, Lloyds Banking and Barclays and Head of technology change at the Financial Conduct Authority.

Jazmine Wesley is an intrinsically motivated contract management professional whose work ethic promises integrity and an uncompromising commitment to quality. She has worked in the aerospace and defense industry over 14 years. As a Senior Contracts Manager, she has 11 years of direct experience in contract execution, and sole source/competitive proposal management, primarily with the U.S. Government, as well as customers in the commercial and international market. Developmental career rotations in Business Management, Export Management, Procurement, and Subcontracts Management helped her garner a well-rounded perspective in her Contracts expertise.

In a volunteer capacity, Jazmine served on the Board of Directors for the National Contract Management Association’s (NCMA) Greater Baltimore chapter in Baltimore, Maryland from 2016-2017. She has served as Education Director and Treasurer for the NCMA’s San Diego chapter in San Diego, California from 2019-2022. Jazmine held the role of President of the San Diego NCMA chapter from 2022-2023. In her community, Jazmine is a mentor for Promises2Kids, a nonprofit organization which provides support and a brighter future for foster children. Jazmine also attends Bayview Church and is actively involved in the church’s women’s ministry.

Mrs. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Norfolk State University, a Master of Business Administration from American InterContinental University, and a Master of Science degree in Government Contracts from the George Washington University. She is a 2021 graduate of NCMA’s Contract Management Leadership Development Program (CMLDP). In 2022, Jazmine earned the prestigious Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credential demonstrating her expertise in all elements of contract administration.

A native Virginian, Jazmine lives in the Golden State with her husband, two children, and German Sheppard. She is an avid health-enthusiast and can be found hiking, cooking, or juicing in her free time.

Dan Woltman, CAE is a nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizations in developing robust membership programs, membership engagement and strategic partnerships. He currently serves as Regional Head of Americas at World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC), where he leads regional strategy and leadership initiatives supporting the WorldCC community in advancing commercial and contract management practices across the Americas.

He has served in previous roles including VP of Membership & Corporate Partnerships at the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM), where he was responsible for membership growth, chapter engagement, and corporate partnerships. He also served as VP of Member Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), focusing on membership development and business development strategies. Earlier in his career, Dan held leadership positions at the National Business Officers Association (NBOA) and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he contributed to membership, business development, and marketing efforts.

Dan holds a Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He is also a board member of the Optimist Club of Greater Vienna, VA, supporting youth development programs through community initiatives like the Vienna Farmers Market.

Matthew Derago has been an Account Manager at CobbleStone since November 2023. Over the past two years, he has helped organizations identify key pain points and bottlenecks in their contract management processes. He has also delivered solutions that improve organizational efficiency by 50% or more. In addition, he has provided advanced support to existing clients, completed numerous bid projects, and presented at professional conferences to help organizations navigate the evolving landscape of contract lifecycle management, legal operations, and the strategic integration of AI-powered tools. 

Susanne van der Meer is a legal trainer/consultant specialized in visual communication and debriefing for expertise development, with 30+ years of international experience in the Netherlands and the USA in a variety of legal roles as attorney, general counsel, team manager, and project manager.  She has been an innovator in visual contract design, and has trained hundreds of lawyers in accessible legal information design.  Susanne brings a creative and inter-disciplinary perspective to the legal profession, supported by further academic and practical training. She holds an MA in Continental Philosophy, with certifications as philosophical counselor and somatic movement teacher.

Rhonda Coleman is an accomplished commercial attorney and strategic business advisor with a career spanning law firm and in-house roles. She is the founder of RCW Strategies, a legal consulting firm that delivers fractional senior legal counsel to high-growth companies navigating complex commercial, technology, and strategic matters. Rhonda served as a Go-to-Market Strategy leader at Google and as lead counsel on high-stakes transactions—ranging from multi-million to billion-dollar deals—at Fortune 500 companies including Google and Accenture.

She is also the creator and host of The Rhonda Coleman Wandel podcast, where she spotlights the career journeys and pivotal moments of ambitious professional women.
