Arthur Kentros is a senior member of the Kyndryl Legal Department, where he focuses on complex services agreements. He currently serves as lead transaction attorney for North America, managing the groups that negotiate with Kyndryl’s clients. Arthur’s areas of expertise include outsourcing and complex IT contracts, commercial negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and all aspects of the management of a legal department.
Arthur spent the bulk of his career in IBM law department. He held a variety of different management positions, including leading the Contracts & Negotiations function.
