Tim Cummins
An international, cross-industry career that has moved from corporate management to extensive research, advisory and capability development services to public, private and third sector organisations. Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.
As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.
Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.
Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Roderick Wade
Rod Wade, Vice President Contract Management & Procurement is an executive team member at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, California reporting to MedImpact’s CFO and is responsible for all corporate contracting, procurement and negotiation activities. Rod leads teams that support sales and buy-side contracting, as well as MedImpact’s procurement and vendor relations operations. Rod’s teams provide support to MedImpact’s Sales, Account, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network, International, IT, Health Services, Government Services, M&A and affiliate/subsidiary companies.
Prior to joining MedImpact, Rod was Senior Manager, Contracts at American Specialty Health, Inc. in San Diego and prior to that was Senior Contract Consultant/Assistant Secretary for Prudential Insurance Company of America, Prudential Health Care Plan, Inc., and Prudential HealthCare Plan of California, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.
Rod attended the University of California Berkeley, received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California State University Northridge and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Lutheran University.

Sally Guyer

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.
In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Barry Draskovich
Barry Draskovich is the group vice president of program/contract management and Export Control for Parker Aerospace*. He also acted at the Global Program Manager for the recent and very successful acquisition and integration of Meggitt Plc. Joining Parker Aerospace in May 2010, he is responsible for the development and execution of standardized program management, contract management, and export control policies, processes and tools; improving structural alignment; and increasing skills, competencies, and execution performance across the business.
Barry has been on the Board of Directors for Advanced Atomization Technologies LLC (a joint venture between Parker Hannifin Corporation and General Electric Company), Meggitt Defense Systems Inc., and the Greater Irvine (CA) Chamber of Commerce. He also is an active participant on Executive Roundtables for World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM), the CEO Leadership Alliance of Orange County, and the University of California – Irvine.
Barry has over 40 years of experience in aerospace, defense, advanced materials, and consumer electronics, with Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Honeywell Aerospace, Mobility Electronics, AlliedSignal Aerospace, and Pratt & Whitney prior to joining Parker. His assignments have spanned executive leadership roles in program management, contract management, engineering, and quality. Barry has established a proven methodology for improving corporate profitability through the implementation of processes, tools, and techniques critical for precise business execution in both small start-up companies and multi-national corporations. Barry holds a bachelor of science degree in metallurgical engineering and a master of science degree in materials science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is certified as a Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute and is certified in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma. In addition, his team was recognized as a finalist for the 2016 PMO of the Year award from the Project Management Institute. He holds six US patents.

He is the former chairman of the Centre for Negotiation at Copenhagen Business School.
With more than 200 international TV appearances, and hundreds of articles in major business publications across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the U.S., Keld has established himself as a global thought leader. He is a prolific author of 26 books, which have been translated into 16 languages and have reached over 3 million readers worldwide. Several of these works have received awards, marking him as a significant voice in international business literature.
He is the founder and head of The SMARTnership Negotiation Organization, a pivotal force in consulting and training for both the private sector and governmental bodies. Rikki-Quinn James-Renz is an experienced executive and leader with demonstrated success providing beneficial healthcare, pharmaceutical, distribution, process improvement and research driven solutions, minimizing expenses and driving sustainable operating efficiencies. Skilled in the administration of contract lifecycle management, supplier management, multi-hospital health system, and currently focused on growth strategies and building strategic partnerships. Recognizing corporate deficiencies regarding supplier diversity and corporate diversity related matters, she is routinely chosen to oversee and contribute to DEI initiatives. Throughout her diverse career, Rikki-Quinn has successfully worked with multi-cultural teams to drive organizational growth, while delivering superior customer care. Kraig Conrad is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), a position he has held since November 2018. With a wealth of experience in association leadership spanning over two decades, Mr. Conrad's commitment to advancing NCMA's mission is evident through the implementation of a bold and ambitious strategic plan aimed at expanding the reach and relevance of the association.
Under his leadership, NCMA has experienced significant growth and expansion, and the organization's role as a leader in the field of contract management has been solidified. Mr. Conrad's dedication to promoting the interests of professional associations and their members, coupled with his strong leadership skills, make him an invaluable asset to NCMA. Prior to joining NCMA, he served as CEO of the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA), where he implemented a long-range strategic plan successfully guiding the PRIMA Board of Directors and a global network of over 50,000 risk professionals.
Mr. Conrad held various positions at the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), including Acting Co-Chief Executive Officer, Vice President for Programs and Development, and Vice President for Professional Development. During his tenure, he oversaw the development of content and logistics for seminars, webinars, and conferences with attendance of up to 1,300. He also played a key role in cultivating volunteers and staff members to enhance the value of special membership groups organized by industry and tenure.
Mr. Conrad also has served as Research Lead for Strategy Practice at Corporate Executive Board, Director of Corporate Finance and Risk Management and Director of Strategic Alliances at the Association for Financial Professionals, Senior Consultant for Braun Consulting, and Financial Analyst for Credit Suisse.
Currently, Mr. Conrad serves as a Board Member of the Greg and Camille Baroni Center for Government Contracting Advisory Board at the George Mason University School of Business, where he provides valuable insights and expertise to shape the future of government contracting education and research. He is also a Member of the Committee on Education at the American National Standards Institute, supporting the development of education standards.
Mr. Conrad recently joined the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA) as a Board Member in January 2023. Jamie launched the annual ‘Defining Work’ Summit at the Royal Society of Arts in 2019 and works with clients across multiple industries to establish policies and processes to improve productivity of external workforce.
