As Global CEO of one of the world’s fastest growing non-profits, Sally’s mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) team and global community to collectively drive recognition and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Roy Anderson, has transformed Procurement teams to supply value activists, implementing leading procurement technology in multiple industries including Universities, Commercial and Military manufacturing, Insurance and Financial Services. He is currently a Supply Chain lecturer at Northeastern University and advisor to SC technology firms. Roy was the CPO at Tradeshift and Managing Director of Procurement startup GoProcure. Prior to GoProcure Roy was the Chief Procurement Officer for State Street Bank, MetLife, John Hancock, and a contract manager at Raytheon. Mr. Anderson holds a B.S. and an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.

Dan Woltman, CAE is a nonprofit executive with over 20 years of experience leading organizations in developing robust membership programs, membership engagement and strategic partnerships. He currently serves as Regional Head of Americas at World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC), where he leads regional strategy and leadership initiatives supporting the WorldCC community in advancing commercial and contract management practices across the Americas.

He has served in previous roles including VP of Membership & Corporate Partnerships at the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM), where he was responsible for membership growth, chapter engagement, and corporate partnerships. He also served as VP of Member Engagement and Strategic Partnerships at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI), focusing on membership development and business development strategies. Earlier in his career, Dan held leadership positions at the National Business Officers Association (NBOA) and the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), where he contributed to membership, business development, and marketing efforts.

Dan holds a Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He is also a board member of the Optimist Club of Greater Vienna, VA, supporting youth development programs through community initiatives like the Vienna Farmers Market.
