Rod Wade, Vice President Contract Management & Procurement is an executive team member at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, California reporting to MedImpact’s CFO and is responsible for all corporate contracting, procurement and negotiation activities. Rod leads teams that support sales and buy-side contracting, as well as MedImpact’s procurement and vendor relations operations. Rod’s teams provide support to MedImpact’s Sales, Account, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network, International, IT, Health Services, Government Services, M&A and affiliate/subsidiary companies.

Prior to joining MedImpact, Rod was Senior Manager, Contracts at American Specialty Health, Inc. in San Diego and prior to that was Senior Contract Consultant/Assistant Secretary for Prudential Insurance Company of America, Prudential Health Care Plan, Inc., and Prudential HealthCare Plan of California, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.

Rod attended the University of California Berkeley, received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California State University Northridge and a Master of Business Administration degree from California Lutheran University.

Clive became the Head of Global Supply Chain Unit, Senior Vice President on April 1st 2024. The Global Supply Chain Unit manages all indirect spend in Fujitsu globally, oversees the risk and compliance topics related to third party suppliers and partners and focuses on sustainability matters in the supply chain.

Clive was previously Vice President, International Chief Procurement Officer from October 1st 2018. Clive was previously the Americas and EMEIA CPO at Fujitsu appointed from 1st May 2016. Clive was previously appointed the CPO (Acting) EMEIA from 1st April 2015 and confirmed in post September 2015 as Vice President. Clive joined Fujitsu as the CPO the UK & I on 3rd February 2014.

Prior to joining Fujitsu, Clive was CPO for Ladbrokes PLC and prior to that IT Procurement Director for 6 years at Lloyds Banking Group, 4 years as Head of IT Procurement in Abbey (pre Santander) and prior to this, 3 years as IT Procurement Lead in National Australia Bank. Prior to this, Clive held various Procurement/Commercial roles in the UK National Health Service.

Clive has negotiated large outsourcing and off shoring deals as well as setting Procurement Strategy.

Clive holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Undergraduate Degree, a Masters in Business Administration and a Philosophy Doctorate in Commercial Relationships, as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply & a Fellow of World Commerce and Contracting
