Jason is the Chief Procurement Officer at Brisbane City Council, Australia’s largest local government and Host City of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  He has extensive domestic and international experience in contracting, projects, business transformation and corporate strategy, across a range of industry sectors.  Jason is also a highly experienced company director and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  With this blend of executive and non-executive experience, Jason brings unique perspectives as to the importance of agility, whether it be in contracting or business more generally.

Justin Butcher is a highly accomplished Procurement and Supply Chain Executive with over two decades of leadership experience across mining, manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure. Currently serving as General Manager Procurement at Incitec Pivot Fertilisers, Justin currently oversees over $700M per annum in indirect spend, and leads a team of over 20 procurement professionals. A passionate leader, Justin excels in developing talent, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and embedding best-practice governance in procurement and supply chain operations. His commitment to leadership development and organisational excellence ensures that his teams are empowered to innovate, optimise costs, and create long-term value. Justin holds a Master of Science, majoring in Logistics from the University of Wollongong, a Bachelor of Business, and multiple professional certifications, including MCIPS.

Terri Mottershead is a leader in legal generative AI and innovation. As Executive Director of the Centre for Legal Innovation at the College of Law, she spearheads initiatives like the Centre's Generative AI Initiative and The Legalpreneurs Sandbox podcast. Her contributions have been recognised globally, and include acting as the inaugural chair of the Queensland Law Society’s AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee and being selected as one of five 2024 International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) global Influential Women in Legaltech Honorees. With experience spanning legal practice, legal education, startups, and leadership in international firms and associations, Terri is at the forefront of transforming legal businesses and capabilities through technology, AI, strategy, and forward-thinking leadership.

With over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry and 20 years working on procurement consulting, he has delivered some of the largest and most complex technology procurement deals. He has worked in a wide range of industries and public-sector programs, and holds specialist knowledge in cyber security, enterprise architecture, information management, business applications, and ICT infrastructure. "Successful delivery of ICT applications, infrastructure or other enablers, remains significantly dependent on an organisations relationship with its suppliers. Getting the most from these critical supplier partnerships requires careful reflection on the organisations strategic needs, the ability to clearly communicate them to the market, and the negotiation of contracts that enable delivery and embed continuous service improvement."

Fiona Johnstone is a Senior Commercial & Contract Specialist with Telstra Limited, currently involved with Telstra’s emergency services networks in Victoria and Queensland.  Admitted as a solicitor, Fiona also spent over 12 years as a Legal Counsel with Telstra. Prior to this, Fiona worked as a solicitor with top tier law firms in Sydney, London and the Middle East, and also with the Legal and Ceremonies departments of the Sydney Organising Committee of the Olympic Games (SOCOG).  Over this time, she has gained extensive experience working on a wide range of complex transactional agreements for key corporate and government customers, across a range of industries and all levels of government.
