As the Group Regional Head of APAC at WorldCC, Sharon spearheads the association's activities throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her commitment extends to supporting the WorldCC Foundation, where she actively champions sustainable and inclusive contracting practices.

With over two decades of executive experience in Australia and internationally, particularly in the non-profit membership space, Sharon has played a pivotal role in advancing global procurement and supply chain expertise, while ensuring diversity and inclusion are top of mind. Whether as the Director of Global Programs at Procurious or as General Manager for the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, Sharon has consistently aimed to elevate the capabilities and profile of the procurement and supply chain profession across the region.

A highly accomplished Associate Director – Commercial Contract Management with over 13 years of global experience across the US, UK, SEA, and APAC regions, I specialize in strategic contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and high-value deal structuring. I have successfully led agreements exceeding $300M, transforming complex contractual frameworks into strategic business advantages that drive efficiency and revenue growth.

Currently, I lead the negotiation and execution of multi-service outsourcing technology and services agreements for a global insurance leader. My work involves shaping Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Contract Change Notices (CCNs) into strategic wins across key business units, including Health, Retail, Commercial Insurance, and Transversal Operations. My expertise lies in architecting strategic partnerships, optimizing contract terms, and translating legal complexities into actionable business solutions.

I am a certified IACCM Practitioner and Bachelor of Law (BSL LLB) graduate from Pune University, I combine legal expertise with commercial insight to deliver results. Based in Pune, India, I am passionate about mentoring professionals and fostering team growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, traveling, and exploring diverse cultures, but my greatest joy comes from spending quality time with my husband and 10-year-old daughter, creating meaningful experiences together.
 

She is the Head of Procurement in Mobility for Malaysia and Singapore currently. Previously the Contracts and Procurement Manager for Non Fuels Retailing (NFR) and Marketing for the East Region- managing Convenience Retailing-FMCG, IT Digital Marketing, Alliances and Supply Chain .  Previously was in various roles as a Network Engineering Contracts and Procurement Manager for Malaysia handling various projects from fuelling systems, IT, EPCM , FMC, Real Estate. She was also holding a role in managing contract labour globally for Shell . Sze Lin has over 20years of experience in contracts & procurement, purchasing and quality assurance/control/audit experience in other industries such as HVAC, Automotive, Telecommunications, and Business /Recruitment Process Outsourcing consultancy. 

Josh leads a large team of senior lawyers responsible for Rio Tinto’s global and regional procurement activities originating out of the Pacific. His prior experience includes similar roles at Origin Energy and Anglo American. Josh is passionate about building a strong team culture and finding better ways for his team and his stakeholders to deliver sustainable value to the business.
