Paul has over 20 years of experience in growing businesses across diverse and challenging sectors, such as renewables, infrastructure, oil and gas, resources, and engineering. Paul’s credentials include a Bachelor of Laws, a Company Directors Course, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and multiple executive education programs in M&A and corporate strategy.

Paul has a proven track record of leading and delivering multi-million and billion dollar projects in various regions, such as Africa, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia, and the CIS, using a range of contractual models and engaging with government agencies, financiers, and stakeholders. Paul has extensive expertise in commercial advisory and management, supply chain advisory and management, transaction advisory and management, project development and management, international and cross-border transactions, and financial and operational management. Paul’s mission is to provide tailored and effective solutions that meet the individual objectives and challenges of each client, while driving change, innovation, and performance in the industry.

Else Bright has 29 years of experience as Commercial and Contracts Management practitioner specialising in Defence and IT industries in acquisition, services and as-a-service contracting, most recently working for BAE Systems’ Aircraft Sustainment and Training line of business in Williamtown, NSW focusing on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Else has been a member of WorldCC for many years, and a WorldCC Council Member in Australia representing Aerospace and Defence. Else commenced her role as Senior Director Member Engagement ANZ in April 2022.

Clare Little is the Commercial and Supply Chain Director for QinetiQ. An experienced Commercial and Contracts executive with a demonstrated history of working in the Defence & Aerospace industry. Skilled in procurement and contracting for both Government and industry, with significant experience in the development of competitive commercial solutions for tenders and leading contract negotiations, she is focused on win-win outcomes for all parties with appropriate risk allocation.

Mikael is a co-founder Collabaloop, a social enterprise start-up that is focused on bettering apprentices and their workplaces as a way to not only tackling industry skill shortages but also improve wellbeing across construction and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to commencing his start-up journey, Mikael worked for 20+ years in contract management roles within construction and infrastructure sectors, including the 11+ years with Bechtel managing Contract & Procurement teams across the full life project cycle on several successful mega projects.

Between 2018 - 2021 Mikael was an inaugural member of both World CC's APAC plus Global Engineering & Construction Councils, and was the recipient of 2019 World CC APAC Innovation & Excellence Award for Operational Improvement.

Mikael has a passion for life-long learning and recently graduated with distinction from QUT with an executive MBA (Complex Program Leadership and Strategic Procurement concentration).

Assoc Professor John Bensley is the MBA Director within the QUT Graduate School of Business with expertise in systems thinking, the management of innovation, product management and analytical psychology. John works with other University academics and industry professionals, to design, develop and deliver transdisciplinary education programs that meet the specific requirements of post-graduate MBA and Executive MBA students. With more than 40 years management, marketing and operational experience from the mining, telecommunication and education sectors his passion is understanding the determining effect of the human equation within organisations and helping people sense-make in complex environments.

Han Sun is a distinguished Procurement and Supply Chain Leader, boasting an extensive 16-year career across various sectors, including infrastructure, finance, insurance, health, and resources. His expertise encompasses strategic procurement, supply chain, contract management and leadership, having held numerous leadership roles across different industries in high-stakes environments. Currently serving as the Manager of Procurement and Contracts Excellence at Queensland Rail, Han highlights his ability to modernise procurement frameworks and foster industry collaborations effectively.

Recently, Han completed his Executive MBA at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), during which he participated in an entrepreneurship immersion program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His dedication to professional development is also highlighted by his attainment of the MCIPS certification from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply. Throughout his career, Han has achieved notable accolades, including being a finalist for the CIPS Australasia Supply Management Awards and effectively executing impactful procurement strategies.
