Nikki is the Chief Development Officer for CCM Institute, where she is committed to advancing research that underpins responsible change. She is passionate about leveraging insights to influence policy and practice for the professional community.

With over two decades of global experience, Nikki has lived in seven countries, helping organizations develop strategies and curate shared learning experiences through research, events and multimedia campaigns.

Her work spans diverse industries in both public and private sector, including Financial Services, Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare.

Nikki thrives on building relationships and bringing people together to collaborate and innovate.

Abigail Agyei-Jones is an award-winning diversity, equity and inclusion champion, community builder and a neuroinclusion advocate. She has over ten years’ experience working with community groups, marginalised and under-represented groups working at Department of Health and Social Care, Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities and Ministry of Justice just to name a few . She was named one of 2022’s 'Top 50 Influential Neurodivergent Women by ‘Women Beyond the Box’ and is the winner of 2020 Civil Service Rising Star Award. She has been awarded MBE by Her Majesty The Queen in the 2022 New Year British Honours for Public and Community Services. Abigail is incredibly passionate about amplifying the voices of intersectional identities and how their lived experiences are shaped in the world and has ADHD and Dyspraxia herself . She works to advocate and bring more awareness around intersectionality with ADHD, neurodiversity and race particularly with Black Women who are often misdiagnosed and underdiagnosed when it comes to neurological differences. In 2022 Abigail did a Tedx at University of Essex on ADHD in Black Women and was part of the inaugural LinkedIn U.K. Creator Accelerator Programme expanding on her work advocating and bringing more awareness around ADHD and neurodiversity in Black Women. Abigail is currently working as a Portfolio Manager working at Impact on Urban Health overseeing and managing a collection of projects and initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes within urban environments.

Natasha has extensive experience within multiple industries, where she has gained operational and generalist HR experience, over the last 5 years she has specialised in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. An experienced speaker, facilitator and training professional, she uses her lived experience (Endometriosis, ADHD and Mental Health) to help business leaders develop their own inclusive behaviours. She is currently leading inclusion & diversity globally at Rolls-Royce. Rolls-Royce develops and delivers complex power and propulsion solutions for safety-critical applications in the air, at sea and on land.

Natasha is co-founder and co-host of ‘D&I Spy: Inclusion Uncovered’ a weekly podcast, taking inclusion back to basics, tackling often unspoken topics with a number of high-profile guests from the entertainment, sport and business worlds.

Natasha is experienced working with people and talent teams to establish more inclusive recruitment practices, and attracting diverse talent, which earned her a coveted spot on the Global Diversity List 2020.

Natasha lives in London, with her husband Shakey. She loves reading and learning, often travelling to feed her curiosity.

Daniel Ferguson is BT's Security Architecture Director. He's also diagnosed as autistic, and has a neurodivergent family, with a 12 year old diagnosed as autistic and with ADHD, and a non-verbal 6 year old also diagnosed as autistic. He is passionate about inclusion, and creating safe environments where every individual can be the best version of themselves, meet their potential, and thrive.
