As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

As Global CEO of one of the world’s fastest growing non-profits, Sally’s mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) team and global community to collectively drive recognition and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Natalia is an executive coach who has developed a parallel career while serving as a senior leader at Turner & Townsend (CBRE Group). At Turner & Townsend, Natalia leads Europe Risk Management team, driving innovation in contract review - including AI, processes, compliance, and risk management. As DEI Lead for Europe, she spearheaded initiatives like reverse mentoring program, fostering inclusivity and inspiring cultural change across the organization. With a foundation in law and an MBA from the Open University Business School, Natalia brings a wealth of professional experience, spanning contracts, compliance, DEI and people-centred leadership. 

Today, Natalia balances her dual roles, supporting her Turner & Townsend team while coaching growth-oriented leaders and professionals who seek greater control over their careers. As she prepares to dedicate herself fully to coaching, she brings experience and insight to those ready to shape their careers with purpose and impact.
 

Ned Coleman is the Executive Director of Contract Management, Accenture. In this role, Ned oversees the Contract Management function, a global team of 1,800 that leverages contract expertise, commercial acumen and client relationship skills to improve our clients’ experience of working with Accenture, support profitable growth and manage contract risk, and oversee the contract lifecycle.

Ned sponsors the Global Legal Network, our legal shared services capability that spans 12 countries around the globe providing skills in legal and contract management and in key languages. He is a member of the Global Legal Executive Committee and Global Leadership Committee.

Assuring that legal is an inclusive place for all, and where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, is hugely important to Ned. He sponsored Truly Human for Legal for many years, and currently sponsors New Joiner and Ally Engagement for Pride.

Ned also leads Accenture Commercial Services (ACS), which is a collaboration of Accenture’s financial, commercial and contract-related functions offering key services that enable client teams to manage, sell and deliver. ACS provides global contracting capabilities through Accenture International Limited (AIL) to which Ned serves as the managing director and chairs its Board.

From 2013 to 2017, Ned led Contract Management and Transaction Contracting in Asia Pacific and was based in Singapore. Starting in 2015, his role evolved to lead Contract Management in the Middle East, Africa, Russia and Turkey in addition to Asia Pacific.

From 2010 to 2013, Ned was a Commercial Director supporting our work in Financial Services in the United Kingdom. Ned has a commercial management background and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.

Ned joined Accenture in 2007 as part of Contract Management. He lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife Alison and three young boys. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling and spending time with his family – often from the side-line of a pitch.

After completing his studies in International Business Management, Oliver started his career at Deutsche Bank as a founding member of a global trading unit for innovative structured products on currencies and commodities. Ten years later, he moved on to become a trusted advisor to senior management, enabling major strategic corporate change at the bank’s Group Management Consulting team.

This track record led him to his current role as the head of supply chain sustainability, making the bank's external spend of >8 billion euros a year measurably more sustainable. Advancing his skills further, he completed a course in Sustainable Finance at the University of Cambridge in 2022.

Oliver lives with his family in Frankfurt, loves hiking and skiing in the Swiss Alps, and is a big supporter of Borussia Dortmund.

Mathias Thom is a seasoned presales professional, boasting over six years of industry experience. Currently, he contributes his expertise to Sirion, a leading CLM provider, where he has been a dedicated team member for more than 1.5 years. Mathias is known for his ability to bridge technological solutions with client requirements, enhancing contract management processes for organizations in the ever-evolving technology landscape.

Jack Surujon is an experienced Lead Solutions Consultant at DocuSign with over 4 years of professional experience at the company. In his role at DocuSign, he is instrumental in how companies digitally design contracts and other agreements. He offers solutions that seamlessly integrate DocuSign's world-leading eSignature technology into the entire agreement process, from agreement preparation to signing to management. This helps modernize business processes, increase speed, reduce risk and create better experiences for customers and employees.Jack Surujon brings a wide range of experience in solution consulting, sales and software development and specializes in the digitalization of contract and agreement processes.

Jerome Warren is a researcher currently working at the Royal Academy of Sciences, Arts & Letters of Belgium as SFPI Chairholder, working on a project funded by the Belgian sovereign wealth fund on how to embed sustainable missions at the level of the firm and of firm ecosystems. He has a transdisciplinary background, with a B.A. in New College from the University of Alabama, a B.Sc. in Economics, as well as an M.A. in political economy from the University of Siegen and His PhD (magna cum laude) from the University of Cologne. His research interests are at the intersection of economics, history, politics, sociology and related disciplines (ecology, communications, management and organizational theory, etc.). He is currently serving as lead editor of the Routledge Handbook of Cooperative Economics & Management and he is particularly interested in building up an economics and business school curriculum around cooperation and mutualism, emphasizing methodologically, epistemologically and ontologically not only how important cooperation is for the so-called "social and solidarity economy" or "third sector", but how virtually all economic relationships are interwoven with informal social dimensions and relations of cooperation. He is a member of a number of civil society organizations like the International Karl Polanyi Society and the Club of Remy, as well as writing, publishing and speaking on related issues.

Felix is part of the Data & AI Leadership of Accenture DACH. Since 20+ years he is supporting major clients in Financial Services and Resources with a special focus on Data Modernization and Cloud Transformation. In his role as Generative AI Enablement Lead Felix is unlocking the power of Large Language Models for Accenture and clients. Mr Klemm is also an active tech blog author and he contributes to conferences and fairs as a speaker.

Marcus is the Managing Director of ASD. DIGITAL SOLUTIONS - the legal tech partner company of the German law firm ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN. He has been advising legal departments and law firms on digital transformation for over 10 years, with a particular focus on legal tech and legal operations.
