Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

20 years experience in Rolls-Royce, working across Civil Aerospace. Experienced commercial professional and contract account manager, having worked with customers, suppliers and partners in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Led a number of organisational change programmes within Rolls-Royce, including the creation of a Commercial Shared Service (providing transactional support to the General Counsel teams). Created a Digital Solutions Team within General Counsel, responsible for new technology improvements. Currently lead the General Counsel Capability Centre, accountable for early career strategy, commercial degree apprenticeships, training, outsourcing and digital solutions, business transformation and policy/process.

Adrian Furner has 30+ years' experience in the design, implementation, and delivery of commercial transactions using a wide portfolio of models from the simple traditional models though to new and novel business models. He has worked in a variety of sectors including defence and security, aviation, technology, infrastructure, banking and financial services, creative industries, public sector, and natural resources.

As an experienced practitioner Adrian is focused on 'Commercial Excellence', supporting organizations in developing and leveraging their 'commercial acumen' to gain better business outcomes. This includes: raising their commercial awareness; designing and implementing innovation models; and deploying relational contracting to enhance business performance.

Adrian held a number of VP/Director level commercial, procurement, and operations roles within FTSE30 organisations, giving him significant cross-border international experience ranging from complex capital intensive projects, thought to lower complexity operational opportunities. This includes: multi-billion £, long term Private Finance Initiative (PFI) bids; joint venture creation and management; outsourced training management; portfolio management; asset financing; civil aircraft sale, leasing and broking; M&As; technology innovation investment; and fully financed naval ship reactivations.

Adrian is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), and an Honorary Fellow of World Commerce & Contracting (formerly IACCM), where he is a former member elected Board Director. He has a BEng in Production Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham, and has also completed the London Business School Corporate Finance Programme along with executive education programmes at both Wharton Business School and Oxford Saïd Business School. Adrian has contributed to a number of books on commercial and contract management and co-authored the Professional Services Leadership Handbook (www.koganpage.com/pslh).

Maka believes in the power of technology and his mission is to inspire leaders to use technology for the benefit of the underprivileged. This is the topic of his PhD thesis and is the culmination of a 20+ year career as a technologist with deep experience in Policy Co-Design, Human Centred Design, Data Analytics and Analysis, consulting & innovation and large-scale Digital Transformation. He a Global Fellow with World Commerce & Contracting association, is on the board of Alliance ICT, is the Chief Digital Officer of The Aquarium and led transformation teams at DXC Technology, ThoughtWorks, Accenture, SAS, Unisys and inside government departments. He is a trained econometrician and admitted solicitor and has a love for music and singing.

Senior Managing Director, North America Contract Management at Accenture responsible for creating and delivering the contract management strategy to support the North America business Market. North America is the largest operating unit with over $29B in revenue in FY22. Before Accenture, Cricket’s experience was primarily in the Government subcontractor space working for Harris Corporation, ABB, Northrop Grumman, and The Boeing Company. She has an undergraduate’s degree from Belmont Abbey College, Master’s degree in Contracts and Acquisition Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University, School of Law. Cricket is a member of the Florida and Georgia Bar, serves as the Secretary of WorldCC Board of Directors, is Fellow at WorldCC and a member of the Finance Committee.

Sharyn County holds a Masters of Commercial Law (MComLaw) and Business Administration (MBA) and is a Member Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).

She also holds a number of World CC accreditations including Contract and Commercial Management Expert (CCME), Supplier Relationship Management Practitioner (SRMP) and Fellow.

Sharyn's career has spanned more than 20 years in senior commercial roles across the energy, technology, engineering, construction, outsourcing and services industries.

In addition to solid leadership skills, Sharyn brings a passion for, and demonstrated ability to deliver transformation and sustainable outcomes across the business, commercial and contracting lifecycle.

Rod Wade, Vice President Contract Management & Procurement is an executive team member at MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, California reporting to MedImpact’s CFO and is responsible for all corporate contracting, procurement and negotiation activities. Rod leads teams that support sales and buy-side contracting, as well as MedImpact’s procurement and vendor relations operations. Rod’s teams provide support to MedImpact’s Sales, Account, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Network, International, IT, Health Services, Government Services, M&A and affiliate/subsidiary companies.

Prior to joining MedImpact, Rod was Senior Manager, Contracts at American Specialty Health, Inc. in San Diego and prior to that was Senior Contract Consultant/Assistant Secretary for Prudential Insurance Company of America, Prudential Health Care Plan, Inc., and Prudential HealthCare Plan of California, Inc. in Los Angeles, California.

He is a Subject Matter Expert with strong acumen of Commercial, Legal and technical aspects of doing business. He has a proven ability to solve complex business problems through simplified commercial alternatives that cover full lifecycle of business relationships. He is a thought leader and influencer who strives to deliver both social and economic benefits in business relationships.

Prior to Capgemini, he worked with Ericsson, IBM and Intel at leadership CCM positions for both buy and sell side.

Beatriz Antona Rodriguez is a distinguished leader with numerous years of experience in international roles within major Information Technology and Consulting groups, but who keeps working with the enthusiasm of a new joiner, excited for the opportunities that the future brings her way.

With a Law and Economics Degree, and different Masters from prestigious institutions like Instituto de Empresa, ESADE and Insead, she started her career as a legal counsel. She enjoyed it, but she felt that she wanted to get closer to business operations, and continued an intense journey fueled by her curiosity and eagerness to learn and explore new areas. That path brought her into jobs in major international Groups like Accenture and Atos, across different fields such as contract and commercial management, legal operations and transformation, international project and risk management, M&A, and business strategic consulting. Throughout her leadership roles, she has consistently demonstrated a remarkable track record deploying organizational units, engaging people to join strategies that can bring innovation and improvements into the operations.

Beatriz has a flexible and open-minded personality, which is reflected in her leadership style. She is results-oriented, and she is passionate about diversity and emotional intelligence in the workplace. She does not believe on top-down hierarchical organizations, she understands that leadership is not about instructing with command-and-control techniques. George is originally from the US and completed a Computer Engineering degree at Clemson University in South Carolina. He started his career as a software and systems developer, working for several firms in Washington, DC. After obtaining his MBA, he moved to Hong Kong as an IT Consultant. He was as an IT Consultant for several years when he changed roles to Contract Manager—initially leading the Asia Pacific post contract verification for a major outsourcing deal. George earned his Juris Doctor and Post Graduate Certificate in Law (PCLL) at City University Hong Kong to further develop his legal and contract management skills. George has lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years and manages a team of contract professionals that administers and oversees IT contracts for AIA Group. Outside of the office, George likes traveling with his wife and when not traveling running on the Hong Kong Victoria Harbour promenade.

Announced late in 2021 as the inaugural supreme IFSEC Global Security Influencer of the year 2021-22, Jennie is currently full time consulting on health and safety and keynote speaking on security. Jennie made New Zealand her home over 25 years ago having forged a successful career in the UK as a commercial/business/IT lawyer with organisations like Slaughter & May, EMI Music, Pace Microtechnology, Comshare and Synthomer. In New Zealand, a long spell in the utility sector covering electricity, gas and telecommunications, gave Jennie a deep understanding of OT and IT enterprise risk management and related Board responsibilities. The last 8 years saw Jennie in the Association space, as a CEO and an ANZ Business Development Director for WorldCC. The common thread was thought leadership and connecting people in the Defence, Security and Infrastructure Sectors in both New Zealand and Australia and further afield. As a result of the IFSEC win, initially as the top Influencer in the Category- “Associations and Thought Leaders” and then as the Inaugural overall winner, Jennie has been using her position of influence to connect people and businesses and governments to secure better security and business outcomes for others. Linda is an Executive Vice President and Group Head of Commercial & Contract Management for Capgemini.

In her role she leads Commercial and Contract Management functions across various countries. Her key mission is to ensure that CCM brings commercial and contract excellence to the business helping to enable Capgemini’s clients to receive innovative services that deliver real business value.

Linda’s earlier career with Capgemini included technical, delivery, sales and account management roles, giving her insights into client needs from varied perspectives. Before joining Capgemini in 1992 via an outsourcing contract, she worked for the Granada Group where she held a number of business analysis and technical IT roles.

I have operational and financial responsibility for all BT’s contracts with UK Central Government, overseeing a team of Contract Specialists and Professionals to deliver commercial excellence throughout the contract lifecycle. BT’s relationship with UK Government spans land, air and sea; working to deliver consistently for our customers and in turn, for the people of the UK. I have worked in Contract Management within BT for the past eight years, supporting public and private sector customers, both UK and Globally.

Ioana has over 7 years of experience in Contract Management, both on the sell and buy side. She worked across several industries, including IT in companies such as HP or Oracle and is currently working in the banking sector. In her role as Strategy & Planning Manager for the procurement department she is at the forefront of supporting strategic initiatives, leveraging her extensive background to drive efficiency and foster a forward-thinking approach to procurement.

Ned Coleman is the Executive Director of Contract Management, Accenture. In this role, Ned oversees the Contract Management function, a global team of 1,800 that leverages contract expertise, commercial acumen and client relationship skills to improve our clients’ experience of working with Accenture, support profitable growth and manage contract risk, and oversee the contract lifecycle.

Ned sponsors the Global Legal Network, our legal shared services capability that spans 12 countries around the globe providing skills in legal and contract management and in key languages. He is a member of the Global Legal Executive Committee and Global Leadership Committee.

From 2010 to 2013, Ned was a Commercial Director supporting our work in Financial Services in the United Kingdom. Ned has a commercial management background and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.

Ned joined Accenture in 2007 as part of Contract Management. He lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife Alison and three young boys. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling and spending time with his family – often from the side-line of a pitch.

Nikki is the Chief Development Officer for CCM Institute, where she is committed to advancing research that underpins responsible change. She is passionate about leveraging insights to influence policy and practice for the professional community.

With over two decades of global experience, Nikki has lived in seven countries, helping organizations develop strategies and curate shared learning experiences through research, events and multimedia campaigns.

Her work spans diverse industries in both public and private sector, including Financial Services, Energy, Transportation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare.

Nikki thrives on building relationships and bringing people together to collaborate and innovate.

Prior to this role, Mark held various positions in the Group, most recently as Head of Legal and Commercial. Mark has been a member of the Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG (RRPS) Supervisory Board since March 2016 and sits on the Supervisory Board’s Executive Committee. Before joining Rolls-Royce in 2005, Mark trained and practiced at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells) in London and Hong Kong. He studied English and German law and is a practicing Solicitor (England and Wales).

A senior Commercial leader with over 25 years legal and commercial experience in the IT, telecommunications and media industries. Karen leads a team of over 70 Senior Commercial Managers and Contract Managers in Telstra Enterprise, to help Telstra achieve its financial goals, minimise risk, and deliver for its customers.  Karen utilises leading edge contract management technologies, so anyone in Telstra can easily access contract information, help drive Sales, digitally track delivery obligations, and provide key contractual insights to senior Executive Team and Board, to make better decisions. 

In recent years Matt has been at the sharp end, working with WorldCC Enterprise Members, Commercial & Contract teams. Ben has nearly 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry with 15 years in the field of Commercial and Contract Management. In 2012 he founded Arguile Search which went on to become the market leading specialist Commercial and Contracts recruitment business. Ben leads an exceptional team of experienced recruiters who operate across various markets and geographies as well as both permanent and interim.

Ben has a degree in Pharmacology from The University of Liverpool.

Jessica (JZ) is an experienced Contract Management professional with years of experience in this area. During her tenure with Accenture and previous companies, she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and projects, ranging from small, single operations to large, complex, international and/or multi-function deals, as well as set up Contract Management Lifecycle process from A to Z.

Isabel is a partner in the Deloitte UK and North South Europe Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services practice, and leads Deloitte Legal’s financial services industry sector group and Global Legal Generative AI group.

Isabel originally trained as a project finance lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. She moved out of practice to become the firm’s Chief Legal Innovation Officer, leading the firm’s client-facing digital product development on a global basis. Isabel is a recognised thought leader and writes and speaks extensively about change and innovation in the legal industry.

Isabel has significant experience in delivering change and transformation programmes for legal departments in financial services organisations. Isabel’s experience includes legal operating model reviews, digital transformation strategy development, legal risk management framework development and legal technology strategy and implementation.

Cinthia is a Legal Engineer at SYKE. Cinthia has a background in Corporate Law and prior experience in companies Legal Areas. As an attorney she handled in-house and external national and multinational companies. Throughout her career and after completing her LLM International Business Law she has developed a strong interest in technology and a strong desire to continue learning the role of the lawyer in the future. She has experience in talking to clients, document automation with Contract Express and HotDocs, designing, and building innovative HighQ and BRYTER solutions for clients. Cinthia also enjoys running marathons, practicing yoga, painting, and cooking.

A professional currently employed with Capgemini in the Commercial and Contract Management team, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I pursued Masters in Law (LLM) specializing in Corporate and Commercial Laws, and I bring four years of valuable experience in the field of Contract Management to my role. In my leisure time, I find joy in activities such as dancing, traveling, and indulging in the pleasure of reading books. Also, I love spending time with family especially with my two brothers.

Matthew is an accomplished Senior Contract Manager with over three years of experience at the Department for Transport (DfT), where he manages a major £1.5 billion contract within the Great Western Railway (GWR) team.

He has earned recognition through WorldCC’s Global Leaders of the Future program, winning in 2023 and later mentoring a regional winning team in 2025. Matthew holds degrees in Civil and Structural Engineering and brings hands-on experience in railway track maintenance, complemented by project management training that strengthens his understanding of the full project lifecycle.

Matthew excels at steering complex contract changes and managing liabilities across a wide and varied stakeholder landscape, all while fostering strong team development. His expertise and dedication consistently drive the success of the projects he leads.

Starting her career as a failed research scientist, Angela moved to London in 2009 and quickly fell in love with conference production. Researching with people at the very top of their fields. Building something from nothing. The thrill of winning a sale. And of course, the final event, when the lights dimmed, the music started, and a hard-won keynote speak stepped onto the stage. In the years that followed she has held senior positions at a number of conference companies in London and New York, including Terrapinn, Kisaco Research and LSX. Angela is currently the Event Producer for APAC Region at WorldCC, and also runs an independent events consultancy based out of Western Australia.

My current role is Contract Manager at Schneider Electric. Schneider Electric is a French multinational company that specialises in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, catering to homes, buildings, data centres, infrastructure and industries. As part of the global customer projects and services team, I support various business and project teams across all business units throughout tender and execution phases in all contract related matters, identify and manage project risks and opportunities, manage variation claim processes and negotiations with customers and subcontractors. Prior to my current role at Schneider Electric, i started my career in legal practice and subsequently took on contract management roles in Accenture and Oracle – consulting and IT industries, before moving to my current role.

Terri Mottershead is a leader in legal generative AI and innovation. As Executive Director of the Centre for Legal Innovation at the College of Law, she spearheads initiatives like the Centre's Generative AI Initiative and The Legalpreneurs Sandbox podcast. Her contributions have been recognised globally, and include acting as the inaugural chair of the Queensland Law Society’s AI in Legal Practice Consulting Committee and being selected as one of five 2024 International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) global Influential Women in Legaltech Honorees. With experience spanning legal practice, legal education, startups, and leadership in international firms and associations, Terri is at the forefront of transforming legal businesses and capabilities through technology, AI, strategy, and forward-thinking leadership.

Jocelyn Williams serves as a Human Resources Director for Raytheon, a RTX business.

Jocelyn Williams is formerly a Business Diversity and Inclusion Leader for Raytheon Intelligence and Space at Raytheon Technologies. RTX is one of the world's largest aerospace and defense companies, with 195,000 employees and $74 billion in annual sales.

Prior to joining Raytheon, Williams was the HR Senior Site Manager, serving several functions within the military aircraft systems division of Northrop Grumman’s Aerospace Systems in Palmdale, CA. She provided talent management strategies, leadership development, organization effectiveness support, delivery of HR initiatives and leadership consulting to support of the company’s talent and growth initiatives. Williams was also responsible for developing, collaborating, implementing and measuring people strategies to support Global Operations, Mission Assurance, Facilities, Global Supply Chain, Engineering and Security.

Williams was an Adjunct Faculty member in the Human Resources Management Graduate program at Claremont University. She taught Employee and Labor Relations, Human Resources Development, International HR and Diversity, and Performance Management courses. She has been a featured guest speaker and panelist at leadership conferences and diversity councils for graduate students; including international attendees.
