As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.
After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Stefania Passera, Contract Designer in Residence (World Commerce & Contracting), Assistant Professor of Business Law (University of Vaasa, Finland), CEO (Passera Design)
Stefania Passera is a contract design and simplification expert based in Espoo, Finland. She runs her one-woman consultancy Passera Design, and is Contract Designer in Residence at World Commerce & Contracting. In these roles, she helps organizations transform their contracts and policies into user-friendly, effective tools that work for business.
Stefania is an all-rounder, backing her design expertise with a solid academic background. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Vaasa, Department of Business Law, and has earned her doctoral degree from Aalto University School of Science. She has guest lectured at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, KU Leuven, UC Louvain, European University Institute, ESADE Law School, and California Western School of Law.
She is a co-founder of the Legal Design Alliance, a co-author of the Legal Design Manifesto, and the creator of Legal Design Jam. In 2020, she has received the European Women of Legal Tech Award.

Nacido en Mar del Plata, Argentina, Pablo cuenta con una trayectoria legal y contractual en posiciones en Sudamérica (Argentina) y Europa (España).
Es abogado, Master en Derecho Empresario, especializado en la gestión de contratos comerciales en varias jurisdicciones, habiéndose trasladado de Argentina a Madrid en el inicio de los años 2000, donde dirigió aspectos legales y contractuales a nivel EMEA para una empresa de software con matriz en Nueva York, finalmente adquirida por Microsoft Corp.
De regreso en Buenos Aires, Pablo ha continuado involucrado en temas de negociación y de gestión contractual y particularmente se ha integrado académicamente a la World Commerce and Contracting (antes llamada IACCM) donde luego de obtener su certificación académica, constituyó y desarrolló la comunidad hispanoparlante.
En julio de 2015 fue designado “Director Southern Europe, South and Central America” para liderar la expansión de la asociación en la región.

Luigi is the Co-funder and CEO of TRAKTI, a Unified Platform for Smart, Self-executing and Compliant Contracts integrated in the blockchain, winner of the Italian Fintech Award in 2016 and part of the Startupbootcamp family of start-ups.
Luigi is an innovator, an entrepreneur and a mentor that invested the last seventeen years working on distributed systems, enterprise software, e-negotiations, Future Internet architectures and protocols. In 2006 he created the first peer to peer negotiation system for SMEs called “Open Negotiation Environment”, a research project funded by the European Union in FP6, that proved the possibility to run business negotiations in a peer to peer network before the advent of the blockchain.

Mahfuzul is the Co-founder and CTO of Trakti. Since 2012 he has been in charge of European and national project research and development projects on distributed systems and served as lead developer in eXrade srl. Mahfuzul is graduated in Computer Science & Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Following his graduation he worked as Software Engineer in Code71 Bangladesh Ltd. for two years. He won a scholarship from the University of Trento and obtained his MSc in Computer Science in Italy.

Zaira Burlo
Zaira Burlo is the SVP Customer Support, Services & Training Director of Leonardo. She graduated in Physics at the University of Trieste and attained an Executive Master degree at the European Business School in Munich.
She started her career as a Scientific Collaborator and IT consultant. In 1999 she joined Finmeccanica (now Leonardo) working in Training & Simulation on important Italian and European programs, being seconded in international companies such as Thales, Indra and Airbus. Since 2007 she assumed responsibilities in different functions of the Group as IPR, product strategies for cross-divisional projects, M&A and JV, then moving onto Strategic Planning and Strategic Marketing and participating in the definition of important commercial partnerships. In 2017 she assumed responsibility for the governance of the central Customer Support Services and Training unit.

Gerardo Tedesco
Gerardo Tedesco is the Vice President Contracts & Bid Coordination for Aicraft Division of Leonardo since 2021. He graduated in Aeronautical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano and is PMP® certified since July 2012.
He started his career in 1998 as Professional Consultant for an international European Space Agency’s project in the field of satellite communications. In 1998 he joined the Alenia Aeronautica (now Aircraft Division of Leonardo) working in the Engineering Department for the Eurofighter aircraft program. In year 2000 he joined the Leonardo Program Office in Toulouse for the Airbus A380 aircraft development phase as project manager and in 2002 he was assigned the responsibility for the European Programs Sales and in 2007 he assumed the responsibility of the Sales of all Commercial Aircraft business in the Aerostructures Business Unit, leading several IPT for some important projects.
In 2014 he was assigned as Vice President Customer Support Sales of the Leonardo Aircraft Division and in 2021 he assumed the current role of Vice President Contracts and Bid Coordination for the Aircraft Division.

Pierpaolo Puccio is the Head of Integrated Product Support in the Leonardo corporate Customer Support, Services & Training, working in several multidivisional projects to enhance business and capabilities. He is an accomplished Senior Manager with a wealth of comprehensive experience in the setup of new Customer Services solutions taking business start-ups to early and sustained profitability. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Management, Aeronautics, and Contract Management. Held positions in the Customer Support, Services, Logistics and Material Management over 20 year’s career in the Air Transport industry/MRO and in the Aerospace & Defence field.
Graduated in Aerospace Engineering worked in MRO specialized companies where he covered different roles in quality, production, logistics and material management. Then he had the opportunity to be part of the start-up in an international program for a brand new regional aircraft project where, where working in a multicultural environment, was responsible to set up the full integrated logistic infrastructure devoted to support customers worldwide, managing the entire after sales supply chain.

Alessandro joined Deloitte Legal in 2017, in 2019 has been appointed Head of Legal Management Consulting, and in 2023 has been appointed Chief Technology Officer.

Giorgio Martellino
Giorgio Martellino is currently the General Counsel and Compliance Officer of Avio, a leading company in the space propulsion, listing on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange. Thanks to this current experience as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and member of Compliance Committee 231 of Avio, he improved his skills in compliance matters leading projects on anticorruption, sustainability and risk management. He previously served as as General Counsel, acquired both in foreign Corporate Group (Abbott), Italian multinationals (Natuzzi and Cementir) and Italian Utility (Acquedotto Pugliese Spa). He possesses an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Governance systems (including listed companies). In general, especially during the last years, as Vice Chairman of the Italian In-House Counsel Association (AIGI) and Chairman of Italian Association for Transparency and Anticorruption (AITRA) he had the chance to create a strong network with his peers of other leading companies, both in private and public sectors, and to profitably discuss and convene with them on certain “best practices” in managing some of the most important processes within the Compliance area (also by using IT tools). Renata Mele
Since 2020 Renata Mele at Leonardo leads the sustainability and environmental strategy and the project portfolio at global level. Her career path is focused on sustainability and innovation in global business contexts, across different sectors, from energy to manufacturing.
Before joining Leonardo, she was appointed in different positions at Enel Group: as Head of Environment for the Key Infrastructural Projects, addressing environmental issues and building dissemination activities. As Deputy Director at Enel Foundation, the research and study center of the Enel Group, she was leading the research programs on sustainability and innovation, managing the whole project portfolio of Enel Foundation in Latin America. In 2018 she was appointed Head of Strategy at Enel X - e-City, the business line dedicated to energy and digital services for cities and public stakeholders.
She holds a PhD in theoretical physics from the University of Milan, is author of about 50 scientific papers on peer reviewed scientific journals, co-editor of two books, and inventor in patents on power and telecommunication systems.
