Tim has lived and worked in the UK, France (3 years) and United States (20 years), building an impressive research and entrepreneurial record, with demonstrated commitment to delivering social benefit.

As Founder and President, World Commerce & Contracting (formerly International Association for Contract & Commercial Management), Tim has built a 72,000 member worldwide non-profit association which increasingly influences commercial policies and contracting practices in major corporations and governments. In September 2019, he was presented with the Financial Times ‘Market Shaper of the Year’ Award.

Tim was until recently Professor and Chair, International Commercial & Contract Management, University of Leeds, School of Law, where he taught and led development of inter-disciplinary commercial programs.

Prior to founding World Commerce & Contracting, Tim was on the Chairman’s staff at IBM Corporation and led the development of worldwide commercial processes and skills. His early career included management roles in banking, automotive and aerospace industries, where he led negotiations up to $1.5 billion in value. He has served in advisory roles for government departments in various countries, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and Japan.

Close to 40 years of experience as a Lawyer (admitted to New York and Paris bars) and subsequently as a Commercial & Contract Management professional.

16 years as practicing attorney in international law firms as litigator in the shipping industry in London & NY, and thereafter as M&A, corporate law and litigator specialist in Paris & Brussels at Cleary Gottlieb.

over 18 years as General Counsel of the Capgemini Group, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology. Created the Capgemini Group legal department in 1998 and launched Contract Compliance Optimization, an internal and external outsourcing service line for Contract Management.

5 years a Capgemini Group Head of the Commercial & Contract Management function, as well Senior Advisor to the Group Chairman and CEO.

Founder and former Group Lead of Women@Capgemini, the global gender balance program, for a decade.

Created and co-chaired the “CAC 40 Companies General Counsels’ Commission” at Cercle Montesquieu. Also Board Member of Droit & Croissance, a think tank about economy and law, Fellow of World Commerce & Contracting and Member of Women in Leadership (WIL).

Retired from her corporate roles and now devoted to various pro bono activities in the commercial & contract management and gender balance arenas.

Isabelle is also a World Commerce & Contracting Fellow.

Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Nino Cusimano, Senior Corporate Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary General joined the Group Nexans in September 2018. He is based in Paris. Prior to joining Nexans, Nino Cusimano, an Italian national, was Group General Counsel for Telecom Italia and more recently, for CMA CGM. In addition, he has held senior global roles with multinational groups such as General Electric and PPG Industries.
