Suvi Hirvonen-Ere is a seasoned legal, commercial and contract management executive with 20 years of international work experience in leadership roles mainly in global corporations. She is experienced in legal, commercial and contract management, risk management, strategy, transformation, sustainability and sales in mainly in the fields of ICT and energy. Suvi has recently accomplished her long-term ambition, the Doctor of Laws degree with her doctoral dissertation on ‘Contract Management Modus Operandi in the Post-Enron World’. Her second PhD on Sustainable Business at the Aalto University School of Business is soon accomplished. In addition to working at corporations, Suvi enjoys advising SMEs and start-ups. Stefania is an all-rounder, backing her design expertise with a solid academic background. She is currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Vaasa, Department of Business Law, and has earned her doctoral degree from Aalto University School of Science. She has guest lectured at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University, Bucerius Center on the Legal Profession, KU Leuven, UC Louvain, European University Institute, ESADE Law School, and California Western School of Law.
