She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Inclusion, Belonging and Equity (IBE) advisor and keynote speaker Dr. C. Paschal Eze chairs the board of social justice think tank The PuLSE Institute, and the International Management Association (IMA-Global).

He also serves on the board of nonprofit Eye Care Detroit, among other difference-making organizations he is associated with.

Last year, he became the first Chief Diversity Officer of the City of Westland, Michigan, after serving as a commissioner on the City's Housing Commission, and on the board of Thomas Taylor Towers, a senior living community of 266 units.

Widely traveled, Dr. Eze had served as tourism and business columnist, daily newspaper and monthly business magazine editor-in-chief, and as vice president of communications at nonprofit Detroit Rescue Mission. Detroit Michigan.

A former small business owner, he provided book marketing support to little known authors, and organized one of the largest independent Christian book fairs in North America.

His work that spans three decades has been recognized with different awards, including US Congressional Record, Spirit of Detroit Award, and Westland Mayoral Award.

Tara Wilson is an accomplished business executive with 20 years of experience achieving overall excellence in the Technology and Fintech industries, while delivering superior results based on emerging methods within the payments sector and digital marketing space.
Beginning her career in Data Entry, Tara is presently the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Diversity Officer at Zum Rails using her subject matter expertise and years of experience to implement operational excellence to build strong scalable solutions to support the rapid growth Zum Rails has experienced in its over two years of business. Tara also oversees the company’s commitment to introducing and building a foundation to support evolving practices focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

Tara’s previous role was Chief Operating Officer of Income Access and was responsible for all aspects of the operations that provided innovative technology solutions enabling over 350 businesses in the iGaming, Lottery and Forex sectors to manage their performance marketing programs and much more.

In February 2021, Tara was appointed to the board of directors of the strategically important not-for-profit Open Finance Initiative Canada to share her functional expertise with others who will evaluate technology and standards that best suit the Canadian economy and consumer.

In 2021 I was appointed as the D&I Manager at Jaguar Land Rover to grow and support a more diverse workforce ensuring a culture of belonging and inclusivity where everyone can be their authentic selves. I have 10 years of experience working in various industries including Software, Energy and Automotive with my background largely in Procurement and Contract Management alongside employee engagement, volunteering and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Having varied lived experiences of DEI throughout my career and prior, being a 2nd generation British Indian woman and a manager before 30. I hold a unique mix of passion, lived experience, commercial and fresh approach to DEI.
I am lucky enough to manage a very diverse team and the beauty of that means everyone’s needs are different. To be as inclusive as possible I lead in a style that suits the individuals I am managing. I am very open and honest with my team, creating a safe space for everyone to share and be honest about when they need help or to celebrate when something goes well. I enjoy learning about my team’s personal purpose, values and beliefs to enable us to balance workload with deliverables and passion projects. The more we learn about each other, the better we communicate and work together. I went to Grammar school in Birmingham and graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a First in International Business with Mandarin. I have always had a keen interest in the Global landscape of the business world and continue to utilise this in my role as Diversity and Inclusion Manager in a global company.
