As Global CEO of one of the world’s fastest growing non-profits, Sally’s mission is to inspire and support the World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) team and global community to collectively drive recognition and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management.

She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations. Her focus is on the creation of positive and successful business relationships, constantly striving to ensure that businesses realize their true potential and value.

In 2019 Sally was invited to become Chair of the Board for the Open Contracting Partnership (OCP) and in 2021 she was appointed Professor in Practice in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Durham Business School.

Stewart Prizeman has over 24 years of experience in sales - working in both the UK, US and Internationally in the consumer goods industry on both direct and indirect sales as well as the B2B industries around the world. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Information Systems from Brighton University. Stewart started working in the UK, with international experience at Hasbro, EFI and Leapfrog Enterprises and has experience of working in large multinational and smaller enterprise businesses with global reach with a track record of success in both - a track record in managing profitable growth from retailers and distributors worldwide, also meeting sales and financial targets, and developing and implementing business plans at both local and international level in line with strategic goals. Stewart joined IACCM in 2017 and is VP for North America and is responsible for the WorldCC Member Engagement for this territory.

Darya Swaby is Director of Supply Chain Management at Sempra Infrastructure leading the organization responsible for procurement, strategic supply chain management, logistics and transportation across North America. Darya’s experience covers a broad spectrum of functions including operations, strategic planning, project management, supply chain, transportation, logistics, and material management across energy and manufacturing sectors of the economy.
Prior to Sempra, Darya held leadership roles at major companies like Chevron, ENI, Shell and Daikin where her focus was on strategic planning and serving as the supply chain and procurement integration lead.
