Else Bright has 29 years of experience as Commercial and Contracts Management practitioner specialising in Defence and IT industries in acquisition, services and as-a-service contracting, most recently working for BAE Systems’ Aircraft Sustainment and Training line of business in Williamtown, NSW focusing on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. Else has been a member of WorldCC for many years, and a WorldCC Council Member in Australia representing Aerospace and Defence. Else commenced her role as Senior Director Member Engagement ANZ in April 2022.

Bevan is a commercial and procurement subject matter expert specialising in contract and strategic supplier management across the full contract life-cycle and have led legal and commercial negotiations and issue resolution when tendering and managing complex global contracts with both international and overseas governments and industry.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Bevan was a senior procurement and sourcing legal advisor in UK Government providing subject matter expert advice on managing vendors across the full contract life-cycle. Bevan is fully conversant with legal and commercial dispute resolution when tendering and managing contracts with both UK and overseas governments and industry. Bevan is a strong negotiator and have represented the UK Government in a series of international commercial negotiations.

Bevan is fully accredited senior project and program manager with over 10 years experience leading delivery of strategic acquisition programs (the largest over $500m) managing blue-chip contractors across a range of technical fields. Bevan has served Public Sector organisations including the UK Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office, and Home Office as well as other Australian and International Central and Federal Government Departments and Agencies.

Matt leads Deloitte’s Australian Legal Management Consulting and Legal Managed Services practices and is also Regional Lead for Legal Tech and Operate. Matt is passionate about transforming and optimising the delivery of legal services, including through process improvement, utilising technology, rightsourcing and harnessing the power of data to drive strategic decision making. He is also a Teaching Fellow at the College of Law, delivering the Legal Operations unit as part of the Masters of Legal Business.

Matt started his career as an IP and technology lawyer, where he held both private practice and inhouse roles. Prior to Deloitte, Matt was a Director of Legal Business Solutions at Elevate Services, where his work with clients was recognised by the Associate of Corporate Counsel’s Value Champion award and listed as finalist in various Financial Times Innovative Lawyer APAC awards.
