Sally supports the World Commerce and Contracting global team in the pursuit of both the recognition of and excellence in Commercial and Contract Management. She is an experienced and accomplished commercial and contracts management professional, holding senior commercial positions at a range of corporate and multi-national organizations.

After gaining an Honors degree in Law, Sally spent her time in the house in the corporate sector, where she worked globally in the Telecomms and IT industries, before establishing her own legal and commercial consultancy in 2007. Sally is passionate about enabling business efficiency and growth through contracting and commercial excellence; she understands the need for robust business operations to drive these efficiencies, together with the requirement for effective communication and collaboration at all times. Matt Friedman is an international human trafficking expert with more than 30 years of experience. He is CEO of The Mekong Club, an organization of Hong Kong’s leading businesses which have joined forces to help end all forms of modern slavery. Mr. Friedman previously worked for USAID and the United Nations in over 30 countries. Mr. Friedman offers technical advice to numerous governments, banks, and corporations working to eliminate all forms of modern slavery and is the author of twelve books. In 2017, Mr. Friedman won Asia’s prestigious “Communicator of the Year” Gold Award.

Olivia is an independent business and human rights specialist and co-founder of the Responsible Contracting Project. She has been collaborating with the American Bar Association Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Model Contract Clauses to Protect Human Rights in International Supply Chains since March 2020 and is also a Senior Fellow at the Center for Corporate Law and Governance and Rutgers Law School, New Jersey, USA. Prior to working as an independent specialist, Olivia was on the Labour Rights team at Laudes Foundation (formerly C&A Foundation). Before that, Olivia worked at Impactt, a business and human rights consultancy based in the UK, with offices in China, Bangladesh, and India. She has worked extensively in production countries around the world, particularly in South and South East Asia. She holds a MSc with Distinction from SOAS University, London. She is based in London, UK.

Sarah Dadush is a Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School where she teaches and writes in the areas of contract law, business and human rights, and consumer law. She is the founding Director of the Responsible Contracting Project (RCP), the mission of which is to improve human rights in supply chains through innovative contracting practices.

A leading member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Human Rights Protections in International Supply Contracts, Dadush co-authored the 2021 report, "Balancing Buyer and Supplier Responsibilities: Model Contract Clauses to Protect Workers in International Supply Chains, Version 2.0," which contains a first iteration of the responsible contracting toolkit that RCP is now implementing.

Dadush is also a member of the European Model Contract Clauses for Responsible and Sustainable Supply Chains, which is drafting model clauses for companies that are or will be in-scope for the new mandatory human rights and environmental due diligence legislation coming out of Europe.

Additionally, she is Co-Chair of the Legislative Developments sub-committee of the NYC Bar Association’s Business & Human Rights Committee and Co-Chair of the Responsible Investor Model Clauses (RIMC) sub-committee of the ABA's Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Before joining the Rutgers faculty in 2013, Professor Dadush was Legal Counsel for the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome. Prior to that, she was a Fellow at NYU Law School’s Institute for International Law and Justice and an associate attorney at the global law firm, Allen & Overy. She received her J.D. and LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law in 2004.
