Steve Murphy is an expert in US and International Government Contracting, Supply Chain and Offsets. Steve Murphy is vice president of Contracts and Subcontracts for GM Defense LLC. Murphy leads all contractual oversight for the business, including the growth and execution of GM Defense business with Department of Defense, additional U.S. government agencies and other global customers. Murphy has more than 30 years of experience in the management of contracts, offsets and supply chain in aerospace and defense. Murphy serves on the board of directors of the World Contracting & Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Will is Deputy General Counsel at Rolls-Royce plc and leads a number of Group teams, including Group Legal, Security & Resilience, ESG, Compliance, Data Privacy and Strategic Export Control.

Since joining Rolls-Royce in 2006, Will has acted as lead advisor on a number of complex international matters and group projects as well as leading on a number of business transformation and improvement projects. He was appointed to the Civil Aerospace leadership team in 2017 as Chief Counsel and led a global team of 160 specialising in law, compliance, risk and commercial transactions. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Will worked as an M&A lawyer in an international law firm and as UK counsel for a large European FMCG business.

Will is a qualified Solicitor with 22 years’ practice experience. He is an active member of the UK in-house legal community regularly speaking on matters of importance to the legal profession and has published articles in key legal publications.

In recent years Matt has been at the sharp end, working with WorldCC Enterprise Members, Commercial & Contract teams. Andrea supports World Commerce and Commercial’s research team, as a consultant. Since graduating from Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLAP), she has had over 5 years of experience in the legal and automotive industry, working for Audi Mexico as a Corporate Lawyer, with a focus on corporate matters and contracting guidelines of purchasing processes for the supply of goods and services and marketing agreements. At the start of 2022, Andrea also studied at LLM International Business Law University of Leeds.

Shannon Kirk is a lawyer who now works at the cutting edge of technology. She is currently the Global Director of Legal Industry Solutions for Icertis. Shannon Kirk is no stranger to contracts, EGS, or CLM, and brings years of 17 legal, supply chain, and compliance expertise from her previous work in law firms and at Boeing. She is passionate about using technology to meet the challenges faced by legal professionals, particularly around compliance and efficiency.
